Dr. van Etta spent less than 20 seconds looking at my teeth after a 2.5 hour appointment. I understand they're bundling treatment plan and the execution of the plan in 1 appointment, but there was NO consideration for my work schedule during this last-minute change in duration to my appointment. No one even asked or gave me the option. The office was super unprofessional. People yelling at each other. It was also disorganized. A very young and inexperienced assistant took over 20 X-rays of my teeth - I've never had 45 min be spent on x-rays in my life. She kept doing it wrong. Maria - who spent 90% of the time with me actually assessing and fixing my issues - was charming and doing her best under the circumstances - but she was also being overworked as a woman in her mid-70s because Dr van Etta can't retain any employees; probably because his practice is run inefficiently and unprofessionally.

Undoubtedly the rudest doctor I have ever met. Truly an idiot.
