Staff was very friendly; Dr. Santos was also friendly and professional. I lost my glasses on the island and they were able to squeeze my into their busy day to be fitted for contacts! I greatly appreciate what they did for me! I was recommended Dr. Santos from multiple residents (and reddit!) when I asked around! Will go back here if the need arises again. I was vacationing on MV, and got something in my eye, that got progressively Worse as the week went on. Late on a Friday night , after office hours, I called Dr Santos, who said to come right over ! He was fantastic-explained precisely what had happened , and treated the problem. I highly recommend Dr Santos.

Disaster, one pair of glasses wake up can't find one lens search all over finally find it , screw came out of frame, called santos office , o yeah we can fix . I drove in , 10 minutes[no wait] later , fixed and lens cleaned , "have a nice day no charge"!!! Next pair I need will go there . Thanks to great staff. THE best eye Doctor on Martha's Vineyard! For much of my childhood and more then 30 years of my adault life I felt I needed glasses and that things seemed like other people could see things better then me. Other eye Drs said you have good vision and don't need glasses. Dr Santos took the time and listened to me! It turns out I have an astigmatism. With glasses I have 20/15 vision. I can see better now then ever! When others rushed on to their next customer Dr Santos never made me feel like "just another customer". He is a great guy, a great eye Doctor!
