Poor service, as well as your paid bills are sent to collections several times. Very unprofessional, and very dishonest people. Be careful using any doctor in Andrews

Not sure who Olive George is or why that names comes up when you go to Andrew's Family Medicine but we have been seeing Dr. Alyssa Tochterman and FNP Bailey Hargrove for a year now. They both are equally amazing as well as the nurses and staff. My son and I have always been treated with the best care. We've also gone to the ER there and everyone was amazing as well. Very easy to set up appointments or receive medical records, scan results, etc. We've never had an issue and thoroughly enjoy our visits here. I will never go to this hospital unless I ABSOLUTELY have no other choice at that time. On several different occasions the service I've received was down right awful. I came in there with my daughter (2 years old) and the nurses were very rough with her. One left bruises on her wrist where she held her arm so tight, another two nurses made her bleed a little too much when they took blood from her arm & when I asked if there was supposed to be that much blood, one replied with, "well no, but she wouldn't stop moving." The two radiology women on duty during that time were unbelievable. We bad no clue what was wrong with my little girl, (almost a 105 fever, stopped breathing, and super pale & sluggish) and these women had not one clue what the hell they were doing. At one point one of the radiologists was going to leave to get help bc they didn't know what they were doing when that was their JOB!
