The staff is so incompetent! It is impossible to get through on the phone to talk to anybody or the doctor about a problem!

Dr. Ramreddy is a good doctor, but the office, the staff members would get 0 stars, if it was possible. Very unresponsive, I’ve been trying to get a prescription refill for a month, and I still couldn’t. I stopped by the office to talk to someone, during office hours, the door was locked, I was waved and yelled away. Very disappointing.

Walk in to a bright airy beautiful office, staff smiling and friendly more important helpful and knowledgeable, with a smile makes a change these days, Randy and Rebecca very helpful. Dr. Munoz is in demand so the wait was about 20 minutes. not bad for specialist. He was amazing, 1st experience like this. He was very attentive, listened, amble staff for him to actually spend time with me. Full service facility, lab, x-ray, bone density, ultrasound and infusion room. I have my doctor finally and will be continuing treatment with Dr. Munoz and his staff.

I'm a long time patient of doctor M UNO Z. I have rheumatoid arthritis. Doctor munoz has it under control. I've been on the RETUXIN Infusions 2 every 6 Months. . I would not be able to function without him. I am very grateful for him and his staff. He has a special room just for the chemotherapy or infusions. It's very comfortable And I really like the nurses Who set up the infusions. No everybody is not perfect at doctor munoz . He has a very Large amount of Patients. Not everyone is meant to be his patient. I personally love doctor munoz and I appreciate him and I am very thankful and I let him know. I don't have any problems with his staff answering the phone. If I can't get anybody I either leave a message or call back. So far after all these years his staff has been very kind to me when I show up for my appointments. Very professional also.

My daughter waited almost an hour to be seeing by doctor Muñoz but it was worth it because he was very profesional and took the time to listen to her. The problem is he might not be aware about the poor service the receptionists do. It’s a shame that he looses patients because of them. A basic course on costumer service and how to deal with common situations (instead of hanging the phone on patients) might help. In2020 I called the office to inquire as to price to see the Dr. Muñoz, and explained that I did not have a job and I was paying out of pocket. When I was told that it would be $450 for first visit and it included x-rays and shots if medically necessary, I agreed because I was in so much pain. After seeing the doctor once, and then a second time (again out of pocket) I was told that it was not arthritis and was told good by without ANY relief at all. After spending close to $1000 I was back to square one. And to make matters worst, his office is sending bills after TWO YEARS trying to get paid for X-rays that never were done and were supposed to be included I first visit. Very much enjoyed Dr. Munoz's office, he takes his time to speak through issues, and fully explains everything and always answers all my questions. Very generous and helpful staff, at a beautiful location. Definetly my favorite doctor.

I have been going there for 12years, the only ones I know is Doc,Muriel & Netta great service! Only complaint is they donot pick up the phone when you call! Other wise great service!!!

My visit was very pleasant experience. Staff very friendly and efficiently handled all my needs. Dr. Muñoz is very knowledgeable and so are his associates who I also saw. I feel very comfortable and well looked after in his office. I have lupus and was not happy with my previous doctor who had a rude bedside manner not here everyone pleasant professional happy and respectful. Office is beautiful.

Amazing experience with Dr. Munoz and his entire staff. He has a wonderful bedside manner truly cares about his patients, his listens to you and takes all the time to answer your questions.

I was cut off on my first consultation, the other half of the consultation was set for a new date and then cancelled. I was kept waiting half an hour when I did have the second part of the consultation, with no apology. I have sent 3-4 emails to request the follow up notes that should have been generated following the second part of the consultation. No-one has ever replied to my emails or sent me my updated notes. Very impressed by Dr. Munoz and his associates, he spent time answering all of my questions and left me in great hands of his associate who he reviewed my case with when I came back for my follow up. His office is beautiful, free self park, no valets waiting forever! His staff is friendly and helpful he is in much demand phones always ringing! Been referred by some of the top doctors in the country. Thank you and glad I found you and you took my difficult medical case on board.

I feel very fortunate that Dr Munoz has been treating me for systemic lupus for almost 25 years! He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. His office has state of the art equipment which is beneficial for patients, often saving time and helping in diagnoses. He also has an outstanding physician assistant and helpful staff. I have highly recommended this office to friends and family.

My wife had an appointment for a Thursday but was going to run out of her medication that Tuesday. They refused to refill her prescription until they see her. They forced her to take a day off work so she could get her medication. Apparently the health of their patients is not their #1 priority.

I was greeted in the parking lot and refused access because my 9 year old daughter was with me I don’t understand this after waiting for weeks for my appointment I understand people are scared of the virus if the medical profession refuses service for no apparent reasons just fear ? Just wear protection will not go back

Staff is polite and efficient!!! Dr. Is come and patient and soft spoken and explains in details sharing results of X rays. Definitely recommend Dr Munoz office to my friend and family. Also very clean!

I saw Dr. Munoz for the first time today and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He did not rush and discussed my issue. I hope this continues. I am not pleased to get the answering service during normal business hours and not get a call back the same day or so.

I feel that Dr Munoz is moe interested in selling his medication than trying to find out what is wrong with his patient. He definitely didn't seem to care about anything I had to say about my illness. Waste of time.

I've been a patient since 2008. I have seen many people come and go in that office. The 3 consistent people are Doc, Muriel, and Netta. Other than that Andrea is next in line. When I first went to Doc my RA was already far advanced, he's attempted many different regimens to attempt to get my RA under control, but to no avail. Doc is always professional as is Muriel and Netta. But the front desk is a mess. Doc has a very busy practice and the front desk in my opinion needs training in customer service. They're totally different on the phone when they THINK you're not aware of who they are. I'm that one long time patient that gives them respect and expect it in return. Very professional and has helped our family many years. We trust him. Explains everything very well. Office has xray and sonogram, no need to go else where. Can give you diagnosis same day. Love love him.

This office is atrocious. They have no respect for patients. Waiting over an hour and not answering phone calls during normal business hours is the regular business in this office. I’ve been taking the same medication for over an year and it’s taking me over 6 calls (1 hour each) to get a simple refill. Receptionists lied that the prescription was sent and I’ll be going in my second consecutive week without my medication because of how poor their service is. I’ll be definitely looking for anothe

George Muñoz was the first doctor that told me that I can cure, after all the other ones told me I was going to be with my condition for the rest of my life. He said of course you can cure, that's the attitude you have to have. He's been working on taking me out of prednisone and he did it

Compassionate Doctor and Staff

They make you wait almost an hour and a half The doctor was careless didn't even spend 20 seconds with me He left me and I have to wait for Muriel because he didn't even ask me nothing I was picking up exam and I don't even understand them Do yourself a favor and look for another doctor

My appointment was at 3:00pm, and I was seen at 4:30. I have 3 chronic conditions, and my husband drove there. When Dr. Munoz came into the room, the first words out of his mouth were: " your conditions are very hard to treat". True, but not encouraging at all. When I tried to ask him ONE question, after he ordered a bunch of lab tests, he said to my face: " I don't have time for that". When I repeated it back to him, " oh so u don't have time?", he just walked out of the room!! HORRIBLE!!!!

I do not recommend this doctor at all. He misdiagnosed me and when I found out my correct diagnoses with another doctor he did not want to be involve in helping me. I called several times and he never called back. Also his appointments are very short and doesn't listen to the patients. Beware!

Dr. Munoz and his staff are welcoming and sincerely are concerned with you and your needs. Dr. Munoz listens to you its not just in and out in only 3 minutes like most doctors. He looks at the whole picture not just the small picture. His office is the cleanest most organized office I have been to In years. I will be back and continue to see his as long as he is in practice in the south Florida area. I drive from Boca and every minute is worth it.

I was able to make an appointment 3 days after calling. His staff was delightful helpful and caring the girls in the front office were efficient and always smiling while juggling many things. The nurses were kind and gentle. Dr. Munoz was amazing, I had heard so many wonderful things about him I am sorry I did not go to see him sooner, if I had I night have felt better sooner and had a better handle on my Lupus. He is truly a healer, old school doctor, listens to what you say, takes the time.

I was impressed by the reviews and I decided to make my appointment with Dr. Munoz, that took me almost a month in advance. Once I arrived to the office, at first, the receptionist Andrea, was kind and helpful, I was supposed to have it at 3 pm but then instead to see Dr. Munoz, I was seen by his PA, at 4 pm, later I was told to wait for having blood work and a sonogram that would take place in the room soon, however it took almost 20 min to the technician to arrive to take the sample, she pinched me really hard and after she left the room, my arm was bleeding all over, staining my shirt and pants, and luckily Melody, the second receptionist was able to come and help me.. Around 5 pm, when I started to getting upset, I had the sonogram done by the same PA who saw me first, who was unable to provide me details of the test who was performing, my condition or else and even I asked for prescription, she said that it was not necessary at the moment.. The day I after, I received a call from the office, being referred by my second last name, what I found strange, when I asked a confirmation and it took them a little while to verify my first name and last, then, they hung up the phone, called back few min after, to finally say that I really have a prescription and they needed the pharmacy reference to send it... Great Dr. and staff especially Nett, and Muriell

Dr. Munoz is great. I have suffered w/ psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for many years. Dr. Munoz has a holistic and western medicine approach that has helped me immensely. This approach allows me to not have to take so much medicine. He's extremely knowledgeable and has great advice with many health tips to keep you in tip top shape.

Physician w/ Lupus +Cardiolipin syn -waxing/waning symptoms & long h/o life-threatening complications. My education/career placed me in 16 diff states over the past 20 yrs, allowing me the great fortune to be treated by every top Lupus specialist in this country. SLE is complex, unpredictable, and at times, incredibly scary - and I trust/respect Dr. Munoz's opinion-ideas as much, if not more than any other rheum I have seen. I am sadly writing this review about this doctor who seem very professional and caring at the beginning of my treatment. However, I am very disappointed the way he treats his patients. He has changed over the years and I noticed in my last two appointments that he did not care about my condition at all. He seemed very annoyed and not interested in my condition. He only wanted to send me medicines and that's it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to see him. He was very rude with me and he even cursed at me which it's something very unprofessional.
