Dr. George Scott Groff

I have never been to this office and after my phone experience today would NEVER go to this office. Whomever it was who I spoke with was probably one of the most rude people I have EVER dealt with. It sounded like she was in the middle of a conversation when she answered the phone, and it seemed I interrupted it so she chose to be rude. I was simply trying to see if they were taking new patients with my insurance. She proceeded to tell me they aren’t taking ANY new patients until June, but her tone of voice was completely uncalled for and her condescending attitude was ever less professional. Dr. George Groff is the best Doctor you could have, my husband and I absolutely appreciate him so very much. He’s thorough takes time with each patient as if that is the only patient he’s seeing for that time or that day. The difference with him and other practices we’ve been it It’s not fast food but a great five star restaurant. Now no place is perfect but I can speak for him as a doctor. Thanks Dr. G. Groff for being a natural in caring for people.

Dr. Groff has diagnosed several health issues when previous doctors couldn't, including a rare disorder. I totally trust his opinion and he always finds ansers.

Very personable, shows genuine interest in patients well being.

I've been seeing Dr. Groff for years. I like him He listens and addresses all questions. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. He did have a problem with some of his staff for a while, but he seems to have fixed it. The staff he has now are all very nice and do their jobs.

I tried to make appointments for My wife and I for our annual check ups and asked that they be on the same day. I was told that there was no way that they would ever schedule us both on the same day as their office policy does not allow them to schedule more than one person per family on the same day... How do you have an office policy that would prevent you from scheduling patients based on the fact that you have seen someone else from the family that day? Very friendly and talks to you, not at you. Staff is also very nice and pleasant.

Really listens to me, takes time to go over any medical problems and works to resolve them. Sometimes problems getting prescriptions to pharmacy in timely manner. But overall I really like him.

Dr. Groff is a great doctor. He actually calls you personally with your lab results. He refers you to the appropriate doctor when necessary. He does not discriminate at all, as my mother, husband, and myself are all on Medicare, and he takes great care of us. I am 67, and I would say he is the best PCP I have ever been to. I understand that this is a doctor's office, but the customer service is seriously lacking. They refused to see my son who has an injury to his hand because I said that he may have hurt it at work. They said they didn't see worker's comp cases. I explained this was not a worker's comp. situation that we simply needed to know what was wrong with him. A MEDICAL DOCTOR REFUSED TO SEE A PATIENT...
