Never going back to this rude, unprofessional, supposed dentist that has no empathy. My first time at a new dentist and was I in for a shock. I had already been sat down to have work done for the current appointment and the work was about to be started and was abruptly stopped because the new dentist insisted I book another appointment before the current one was even started. She then witheld my needed medical services unless I would make another appointment. I was already in the dental chair with someone looking at my teeth and I am expected to make an appointment then and there and because I didn't know my entire schedule off hand to book an appointment at that exact moment she insisted I should leave. In the process denying me medical treatment I needed and came there for in the first place. I suggest finding a dentist with some compassion that cares more about the patient than their wallet. (No, I do not have your office confused with another, which you previously accused me of. You are in Mable glen accross from Maple Glen Pizza. This account name is in the memory of some deceased pets, so I doubt they were a patient, however I was for years.) Many people don't use real name for privacy reasons. Beyond Dentistry is by far the absolute worst dentist office I have ever been to! If I could give it no stars I would! The owner is rude, unprofessional, uncompassionate, and only is worried about the bottom dollar. She charges more money if you want to see the doctor that owned the practice prior to her buying it from him. I am not even sure how he sold it to someone like her! She won't let you get certain dental work done until you commit to another appointment even if you are unsure of your schedule. Dr. Lewin makes a visit the worst experience you will have at a dentist. Do not go there! I had been a patient there for years. I could not believe she would treat anyone this way. I could not even get my family's records transferred to my new dentist! I almost forgot to mention that Dr. Lewin actually pushed the receptionist who was looking for an appointment aside so she could look. I felt terrible for the receptionist! Again, do not go there! This email address is not a real person's name so do not tell me to call your office like you did another dissatisfied patient. What an excellent dental office! Dr. Lewin is very caring and thorough. If you are looking for high quality dentistry, this is the office for you!

Wow! Dr Lewin is one of the most personable dentists I have ever seen. Normally, going to the dentist is such a chore but with this office, it will be an easy experience. Dr. Lewin talked through everything she was going to do before she did it and the office is in fabulous condition I felt completely comfortable and I might actually not be dreading my next appointment! I am normally very nervous to go to the dentist, but Dr. Lewin has changed that! The staff are very friendly and welcoming - there is even an adorable therapy dog named August that helps put patients at ease! Dr. Lewin is deeply knowledgeable in many areas of dentistry and very clearly takes pride in her work. She was able to answer all of my questions and helped me formulate a treatment plan. I had an amazing dental experience with Dr.Lewin! She talked me through the whole process with ease. Dr.Lewin was gentle with her hands so I had minimal pain. I had the fastest and most comfortable x-rays. (And I’ve been to many dental offices and had many x-rays before.) When I was cold, the office had multiple blankets to use in the waiting room and during the exam. The best part of the whole visit was that I got my exam with her therapy dog sitting on my lap! Dr. Rachell Lewin is an absolute treasure of excellent dental care , skill and experience! My Wife and children love and not fear going to this gentle and loving professional.No pain or discomfort in her office at all! In fact you become so relaxed that you just enjoy the experience. Im a former medic and Id like to mention that her unparalleled skills is where the dental industry should be! From the moment you walk in the door, everyone in the office is kind, thoughtful, and happy to care for you. We have had  fillings to full blown root canals topped off with precision crowns and every visit was amazing! We can’t thank Dr.Lewin and her team enough for the wonderful job they’ve done our families teeth.This review is overdue. Treat yourself to the care and experience you deserve! Dr. Federici and his team are focused on preventive care. They teach you how to take care of your teeth and gums to avoid more costly maintenance/repairs. He is a great dentist!

Not satisfied. Wasn’t treated like a human, more like a tracked dog. Worst mistake of my life.

Dr. Federici is the best dentist I ever went to period. He explained everything he was doing and let me know ways to or prevent build up on my teeth. Very professional and gentle, made my visit stress free. I was worried about finding a good dentist since mine retired. I got lucky I found the best. I would highly recommend Dr. Federici office.
