Dr. Catinis and the staff were wonderful.I highly recommend.

Times such as they are the Medical community has suffered from some BAD ACTORS ..Dr.Catinis is NOT in that category probably the one I trust most

I will come back in about 5 yrs , but the procedure was quick and smooth !!!!

Dr. Catinis is very concerned about each patient. He is easy to talk to and explains all procedures clearly.

I find Dr. Catinis to be friendly and very thorough. He asked many questions to understand my problems. He ordered blood work and an endoscopy.

Staff were terrific before the procedure. And Dr Catinis, and his procedure staff including anesthesiologist, explained everything. Woke up, everything was explained . Thank You Dr. Catinis and your staff.

Everything was great except for one incident. My daughter took me there, and was in the waiting room ten feet from where I was being prepped. I was asked 3 times for her phone number. Very annoying. I don’t have it memorized. This young, dark haired, short woman said she’ll call my phone. I then told her 3 more times that it’s turned off so she needed to go out to the waiting room n ask my daughter for her number. I then told another person to do that cuz the first girl wasn’t listening to me. They went out to get her number, but never called her. Instead a girl called my number which was turned off.( I didn’t know this until hours after I got home). They finally went to the waiting room to get my daughter to listen to the after procedure instructions.Never called her. What part of I don’t have her phone number memorized did she not understand?????

I’m not one for doctors but this gentleman made me feel at ease with the procedure. His knowledge as well as demeanor are what makes him a great doctor….

Doctor Catinis is the very best gastrointestinal doctor anyone could possibly ask for. I would not hesitate to recommend him to all of my family and friends. HE’S EXCELLENT!!!

I hv had the pleasure of meeting a “unicorn” by the name Dr Catinis. Dr Catinis is very thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and the Gentlest doctor I hv ever seen. I hv finally found the type of Gyno that I hv been looking for for a very long time. He really and truly cares about the the women who come to see him. He listens patiently to your concerns and does not rush your exam. I recommend Dr Catinis, highly!!

Had a Zoom call appointment with Dr Catinis for follow-up after a recent minor procedure. Very easy and quick way for having a face-to-face with your Doctor. Recommend Dr Catinis highly!

I would recommend Dr Catinis to anyone that needs a GI MD. He is compassionate with a humor to it. I enjoy being his patient. He tells what he fells is wrong with you before the testing. It gives the patient a good warning of what is ahead.

Dr Catinis is such a personable Dr. He listens to your concerns. He spends as much time with you as you need. He cares about his patients so much as to have left his office to come look for me in the parking lot to give me a big piece of chocolate cake because I expressed to him that I love chocolate cake. Dr. Catinis has been my doctor for over 15 years now. I had been having new symptoms of constipation and diarrhea at the same time. Just as I was going to call and make an appointment he reached out to me for a check-up. I had an X-ray and Ct scan of my stomach. I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

As a patient, when I've had stomach problems for over three weeks I'd like to see my GI doctor. Unfortunately I have to wait for over two months to see him. That is RIDICULOUS.

Dr. Catinis is an amazing doctor and human being! He goes beyond the call of duty all the times! I won't changing him for anything! I trust his advice and recommendations!

From the staff to Dr Catinis, caring, friendly, and ... simply, the best !!!

Dr. Catinas is an excellent doctor, a very skilled endoscopist, and he treats his patients with respect.

Went to Metropolitan Gastroenterology Associates for an evaluation of a lingering digestive issue. Because of my deep concern for something potentially serious, Dr. Catinis left no stone unturned -physical examination, blood work, CT with contrast, endoscopy and colonoscopy. At each step he reviewed my test or procedure results with me carefully and at the end of it all my concerns were relieved. A small colon polyp was benign and everything else is within normal limits for my age. I continue to take the medication he prescribed for acid reflux even as my digestive issues have resolved. I'm fortunate to have Dr. Catinis as my gastroenterologist -and glad he's partnered with a very impressive group of physicians and staff at Metropolitan Gastroenterology Associates. My advice to anyone that's having weird pains, changes in weight, concerns, etc. -don't self diagnose. Use the internet to read these great reviews about Dr. George Catinis and take action -make an appointment.

Dr Catinis is very personable & puts you at ease. Most important- he listens. He explains everything well, answers any questions you have & never makes you feel rushed. I've never had a long wait in the office. I am so glad I found him and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Catinis performed a colonoscopy on me, a 70 year old male. The initial check-up appointment and actual colonoscopy both went smoothly, with the latter procedure also removing two polyps. He is very clear and thorough in his patient communications and is good at this procedure. His office called a few hours after the colonoscopy to check on me and days later to report the polyp lab analysis results, which report was sent to my primary care doctor.

Dr. George E Catinis was very professional and he took the time to go over my procedure and history with me. He assured me it was a routine maintain at this point in the game. It is better to be safe.

Dr George Catinis is a caring Dr . (He listens,) which is so important when you don’t know what’s going on with your stomach, He’s not a Dr that pushes Medicine he Really cares , which is Totally amazing to. I was a patient of Elizabeth McDonald’s for over 20 years. When she retired she wanted me to see Dr. Catinis. I never thought I would locate another GI Dr as good as Dr. Mc Donald. Dr. Catinis is just as good and has a very calm & excellent bedside manner. He is very thorough in his treatment plan & listens attentively to my concerns.

Very professional and knowledgeable physician who appears to genuinely care about his patients. The only complaint I have is not with him, but with the paperwork required prior to the appointment. There must be a way to input all patient data into the office records system. It is extremely frustrating and pointless to have to fill out the same lengthy forms year after year. Hire an IT consultant!

He is an amazing doctor who restores my faith in the medical profession. He truly cares about his patients and tries to help even if it's not in his specialty. He is my mom's doctor too, and he saved her life when no one else would listen and didn't see what he did.

Dr. Catinis is a superb physician — extremely knowledgeable and competent but, also personable. He spends considerable time with his patients. He explains your medical situation in a very understandable and reassuring manner. Highly recommend him.

Having been a patient of Dr. Catinis for many years, I can vouch he is a well respected doctor as well as a super nice guy! He doesn't just hand you a Rx. He talks with you, not at you.
