I used to LOVE Dr Beilby, he himself is an awesome dentist. However his "new" front end office help has a nasty disposition I cannot stand, and ultimately, I found a new dentist b/c she was so "charming." I waited a week for information that ended up in cancelling an appointment, for a problem that was causing me so much pain I couldn't eat or drink anything. Now Ive been suffering over a weeks worth of more pain, and have no appointment. Turning over 6 years of positive reviews to a 2 star.
