Not at all. I was referred to him by my specialist for extra help diagnosing a serious autoimmune problem, I've also been having balance problems that led to a concussion, and he miscommunicated everything to my other 3 Drs. Somehow it came up in conversation that i had smoked pot for a couple of months(which is legal here), and had quit 5 months ago. He said it was great that I quit. He saw nothing wrong with my throat, or inner ears and agreed with me that I should see a neurologist for my balance problems and headaches. That's what he was supposed to communicate exactly that with my Drs, instead he told them all that my balance problems are from smoking pot (in essence throwing them off the real problems at hand since I quit long before my balance problems). He completely lied to my other Drs. My son who holds a very high powered position at a huge global company is my witness. And, I'm a healthcare worker. I'm absolutely horrified and disgusted so is my son. He better retract.

Worst experience of my life, was treated with disrespect & my symptoms were disregarded. Lacking in bedside manor doesn’t cover it, it was beyond that and I am extremely disappointed such a person can hold a license let alone have the will to treat another human in horrible pain the way I was treated. I went to a different ENT who was shocked and disturbed that I was written off with “not knowing what a headache is” , not given proper treatment nor insight on my sinus issues. My other doctor actually investigated my pain(endoscopy & allergy tests, scans) and was knowledgeable enough to give me some answers. Looks like surgery is my best option but at least I know what the problem is now. Worst experience of my life, was treated with disrespect & my symptoms were disregarded. Dr. Julian did a phenomenal job fixing my deviated septum and I can finally breathe well! He has great bedside manner, is extremely patient, and very accommodating. I have recommended him to a friend who had the same surgery and had the same great results. Thank you!

Just called because I could not find their hours anywhere online. When someone picked up the call, I asked what their normal hours are. The woman replies "uh.. what service?". I wasn't sure how to respond as I was looking to get seen for my ear. So I responded that I was looking to be seen for my ear to which she responds almost like I am inconveniencing her "um well our business hours are 8 to 5". I waited to see if she had anything else to say, like something nice or a change of tone. But nope! Very rude and not welcoming at all. Unfortunate because I was willing to travel here from Idaho. Hopefully Spokane Valley ENT reminds their receptionists that they are the FIRST impression. Just called because I could not find their hours anywhere online. My daughter was well taken care of and when she had her tubes put in there were no complications. Everyone is friendly and helpful and answers questions promptly.

Dr. Julian is an experienced and knowledgeable physician. He is good surgeon in facial features and operation technology as well. He is very patient and works conscientiously. I would strongly recommend Dr.Julian to others.
