Imagine being in a car accident and every month that passes your knee gets worse and your primary doctor has no clue what is really wrong. You look up a knee specialist at the direction of your physical therapist and you find Dr. Glidden, who your physical therapist endorsed and after meeting him, he figures out what’s wrong and doesn’t recommend skin numbing cream to fix your problem (yes, I had a doctor do that). Dr. Glidden did a full knee replacement on my husband last year and he did a wonderful job. He and his staff were/are very efficient, kind and courteous. Dr. Glidden is very straight forward and will give you the facts. He took great care of my husband all along the way.

Dr. Glidden and his staff were amazing. I had a broken collarbone due to cycling accident; they took real good care of me and after 4 visits I was hilled. His staff are very courteous and knowledgeable.

Dr. Glidden is simply the best orthopedic surgeon around. I will be heart broken if he ever retires. He has done 5 surgeries on me, and I am very pleased! He is conservative with surgeries, but when one is needed, there's no beating around the bush. I have never had any doubts or questioned any of his treatment. Dr Glidden has been my doctor for over 20 years, he diagnosed my knee problem early, and keep me in good working shape for years without surgery. When I did decide to have it after I retired Dr Glidden did a great job. Very little pain.

Dr. Glidden is my go to sports medicine doc. He's done my orthopedic surgeries for 20 years. He's great & is focused on getting you back to your sport whether your in recreational sports or higher. I highly recommend him.

Well Dr. Glidden is one of those doctors that doesn't beat around the bush. He listens, exams, and knows what it is that's ailing you without all the fancy jargon. He loves what he does and is great at what he does. With so many "experts" in the field, you know for sure you are in good hands. His staff at the office is top notch and they work great as a cohesive unit. No guessing in this practice. He repaired my meniscus and followed up with every detail. My wife has had one knee scoped and cleaned, then both knees replaced, rotator cuff repaired, trigger finger released and she is a new woman. LOL. Almost new. We wouldn't think of seeing anyone else. He is a perfectionist down to every detail. And that is what you want. Five stars is the highest so that's what they get!

Dr. Glidden is an incredible doctor. He's conservative, kind and explains everything. He has been my doctor for a few years, and has done 5 surgeries on me. I am very pleased with the outcome, and wouldn't consider going to anyone other than him. He's the best, top notch, hands down surgeon there is!! Rozanna and Kim go way above and beyond for you, as well! Just the best group around!

I went to Dr Glidden for a knee injury. He quickly diagnosed a medial meniscus tear. Surgery was quick and easy. Dr. Glidden was friendly and comforting and his staff was top notch. The whole process couldn't have been better.

My family has been seeing Dr. Glidden for nearly 20 years. He first started helping my dad when I was a youth. He has seen my mom (but her insurance changed and can no longer be seen there) and has helped me with my knees for about 8 years. We know I don't qualify for knee replacement at this time, so he's helped me manage my issues through different treatments, injections, therapies, etc. and avoids prescribing any medicine that isn't beneficial. I have at times needed to use a different orthopedic due to insurance or when I moved out of state for a bit, but I always come back to see Dr. Glidden.

Dr. Glidden fixed my frozen shoulder. Minimal discomfort and down time. I would highly recommend him!

I first met Dr. Glidden in 1989. He and his staff are caring, efficient and personable. His first option is to try healing without surgical procedures. He takes the time to sit down with me and doesn't rush at all. I recommend Dr. Glidden highly.

He is very approachable and low key but also very good. He doesn't waste your time (or money) and I never have to wait. He's thorough, caring and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Glidden cleaned up my left shoulder. Did a great job. I have full range of motion back in my shoulder now and no pain. Highly recommend. He's very personable and puts his patients at ease.

Dr Glidden is a fantastic & very caring surgeon. I had a bad accident that destroyed my shoulder. I found Dr Glidden by looking at his 5 star reviews & I'm so glad I did. He did a great job putting my shoulder back together & it has been trouble free. I'm very impressed...Wait times are minimal & his staff is very willing to help.

Dr. Glidden has performed both partial knee replacements for me and I couldn't be happier. He is professional, honest and gives you every detail needed prior to surgery which I appreciated. His staff is always friendly and personable. I would highly recommend Dr. Glidden to everyone.

Unfortunately Dr. Glidden's advice for me (27 years old) was to take Advil or Tylenol everyday, as he said most athletes take these everyday. He said to do this so I am not in knee pain. This is a joke to me. I am not sure if he realizes that athletes do not take these medications all the time, and his advice to me is actually bad, as taking these all the time is NOT healthy. He also told me stem cell treatment is not worth it, or PRP shots are for the rich. He said this, but has knee and hip replacement parts in his rooms, which are ridiculously priced procedures, and non-invasive procedures such as shots should not be discounted so fast as they are cheaper than these fake knees and fake hips. Wonderful doctor and staff. I will only go to Dr Glidden for any of orthopedic issues.

Dr Glidden diagnozed my knee issue accurately and his treatment was spot on. I would highly recommend Dr Glidden as he also spends time to discuss with you.

You can not find a better doctor for shoulder surgery. He takes all the time necessary to find out how to help his patients. Dr. Glidden does not treat his patients as a number but listens carefully to their medical issues. First class service from the surgery clinic to the rehab clinic. Your taken care of all the way. I feel very fortunate to have had Dr. Glidden as my Orthopedic Surgeon in Plano, Texas.

I've been going to Dr. Glidden for 20+ years. He has been invaluable in treating various sports and other injuries, always with successful outcomes. Dr. Glidden is an excellent Dr. He performed non-orthoscopic shoulder surgery on my right shoulder. He injected medication during surgery that helped with the pain afterwards and I was so grateful for that. I have called to the office to ask Dr. Glidden questions and he is prompt to call back. I also did not have to wait months to make my initial appointment. Dr. Glidden staff is very nice, caring and professional, specially Rozanna. I highly recommend Dr. Glidden.

Dr. Glidden has been my orthopedic doctor since I was 13 years old. I know. He told me today. That is 30 years, if you're counting, that he has been putting my various sports injuries back together. I met him initially because my dad broke his back way back in the 80's and he was one of Dr. Glidden's very first back surgeries in private practice. My dad has never had a problem and no pain since that surgery. Even with age, his back has not troubled him. That says something about how good Dr. Glidden is. Dr. Glidden saw me today. There were two choices. One was less invasive and might produce the desired outcome while the other would have limited my overall function. Dr. Glidden took the conservative approach. That's what he does and I have high hopes that it will work exactly like he believes it will. He has been the family go to doctor for sports injuries, back issues, and many other orthopedic problems. It has now been three years since Dr. Glidden operated on my knee and that was after trying all he could to avoid doing surgery which I greatly appreciated! I had seen other ortho's that were more than ready to send me straight to surgery so with Dr. Glidden, I felt comfortable knowing he had tried all other options. I am so grateful to have my life back, literally! I have always been very active and although I have to be a lot kinder to my back which as Dr. Glidden pointed out to me, affects the knees also, I am now able to enjoy most of all the things I used to do within moderation...I'm not a kid anymore! Excellent surgeon! Impeccable customer service! No long waits!

Dr. Glidden has been our doctor for prox the last 30 years and has performed numerous surgeries on both my wife and I. We have another one sched next month. In every instance, he performed in an extraordinary professional manner and neither of us could have hoped for better outcomes or a better, more professional, caring doctor. We have and will continue to, highly recommend him to all our friends having any needs in his specialty area. In short, we both feel he is absolutely WONDERFUL!

In November of 2016, I had a total knee replacement, and Dr Geoffrey Glidden performed the surgery. I could not have asked for better results. His consultation before surgery set my mind at peace and the surgery went well also. Now four months later, I sometimes forget I even had surgery. Will probably need the other knee done at some point in my life and I will most definitely as Dr. Geoffrey Glidden to do the surgery.

Diagnosis, treatment and bedside manner all superb. Dr. Glidden possesses that rare combination of high intelligence and extreme kindness/compassion. I went in there with right knee meniscus tear and MRI results and was diagnosed correctly.

Awesome dr- patient with your questions- had foot surgery that went great- he was available whenever a question arose after surgery! I highly recommend Dr Glidden!

Dr. Glidden has performed partial knee replacement on one knee, then several years later, a full replacement and a few years later full replacement on the other Knee. He isan expert in his field. He endeavors to delay of avoid surgery, if possible, but when necessary he is excellent. He takes time to explain all options to his patients and then clearly explains the procedures he intends to perform. I have recommended him to friends and family members, who were also pleased. Dr Glidden, his nurses and staff all show the utmost courtesy and respect for their patients. We started visiting him when our sons and daughter were participating in sports from grade school through college. As we got older the kids don't need him so much as we do, and we're happy to continue working with the good doctor.

I need to have a partial knee replacement but want to wait until fall because of previous commitments. Dr. Glidden gave me a shot in my knee to control the pain. I dreaded the shot but he took his time and made sure my knee was numb. I barely felt it. So thankful. I'm 70 and I admit I'm wimpy. He is so kind and gentle. He had previously helped me with my back.

My parents have been patients of Dr. Glidden's for years. Mom and double knee replacements and did great and is still doing great. Dad has a lot of issues, due to being hit by a drunk drive when he was 18 back in the 50's. Dr. Glidden has been wonderful with my dad, never rushing and taking his time. Now for my personal experience, I hurt my knee a year ago and he has done treatment and I feel good. But the most important thing is my daughter. When she was yrs we took her to a different Dr that was recommend to us regarding the way her feet turned in, this Dr. just said he would check her again at 6yrs. We took her back he said check her at 8yrs, at that point we were done. Took her to Dr Glidden and he found out that her femur as growing crooked. I have been a patient of Dr. Glidden for over 2 years now, and he and his staff have taken very, very good care of me. I have arthritis in my right know and he has been managing that treatment of injections in my knee. Some doctors are quick to operate, but Dr. Glidden took his time to see what the best process for me was. I am still getting the injections and feeling great! He has also treated me for Tennis Elbow, and that has practically gone away. Dr. Glidden takes his time to talk to you and explain everything to you and has your best interest in mind. He also explains to you step by step as he does treatment and what you should expect afterwards as far as results and or discomfort.
