Have been in three times for same problem without a diagnosis. Was told by NP that I just had to live with ear ringing in second visit without exam and proper eval. Next visit with Dr Bacon was told my anxiety was causing the problems. My ear finally popped, eustacian tube problem, and all symptoms went away. Surprised with so much experience they couldn’t do better than be rude.

Dr. Bacon is a great person as well as a great surgeon. I’ve known him for many years. He is the best, period!

The staff and doctors were very friendly and courteous. Everything thing was explained in terms easily understood. I was very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Bacon and the clinical team are excellent. My family has always received great care. Providers take time needed to answer patients’ questions and provide a solid treatment plan.

Doctor Bacon is always attentive to and knowledgeable about my allergy conditions. If you need assistance for allergy needs, he is your go to guy. And, Ms Kyarah’s makes an injection feel so good as if the needle barely touches your skin. Love this place ????

First appointment. Dr Bacon and his nurse Z are awesome. He understood my symptoms, explained the condition and treatment options, was upfront about prognosis and just a really nice guy. Staff was super efficient and friendly from the moment I stood in front of the door. No wait at all. In and out.

I didn't get to see, Dr. Bacon but the pharmacy I go to called the office for me to get a refill of my inhaler. It was turned down due to me not coming in last year. Which I did not fine out until two days later. I called the office in need of an inhaler and all I got was the same massage and the phone hung up. But I felt I should have offered a inhaler with a new appointment. Which left me no choice but to call another doctor to get what I need to help me breath. Being turned down like that could have placed me in the hospital which during this time no one wants to go there. I was really shocked by what happen.

Office manager is very rude and unprofessional, and once you get fed up with her unprofessionalism and finally give it back to her, she can't take it, she cries victim, can't finish what she started. They dont return calls, and issue with my ear was never resolved, doctor is not thorough. After discontinuing my visits, and began another ENT facility allergy test were ordered immediately, issue found and resolved. I can't believe Doctor Bacon didn't do the allergy test, just continued giving a medicine that wasn't working, didn't bother to get to the root of the problem, which come to find out I have a ton of allergies, one of which was the cause of my ear issue. I think the office pick and choose who to give good service to and I didn't fit the profile. I visited the Hampton office to have my sinus and ear pressure looked at. They looked at my ears and said they looked fine and they couldn’t help with the pressure, something I will have to live with. I visited my chiropractor brought up the problem and immediately fixed it as well as thoroughly educated me on Eustachian tubes and sinus alleviating sinus pressure and clearing them out if the problem arises again. I think they are professional and I have seen improvement in my sinuses with Dr. Lindsay and hopefully allergies since I'm doing the allergy treatment now. This was a follow up for my allergy shots. I was seen promptly, was treated professionally and efficiently.

Dr. Bacon listened to every one of my questions and developed a plan of action along with me. He didn’t just make decisions for me. I’ve had very traumatic experiences since I was a baby with surgeries for ear issues, a cleft palate, tonsils and allergies. You name it, I had it. When I shared that I was fearful of coming into the office for my mastoid debridements, he agreed to do them surgically as my previous ENT found worked for me. He never made me feel uncomfortable when I was afraid to return for appointments. He and his staff have made me feel welcomed and that I matter. The staff at Hampton Roads ENT are AMAZING!! I was referred by a friend because I was suffering from frequent Sinus Infections. Dr. Bacon was very thorough, professional, and quickly scheduled for allergy testing and I have never felt better! ????

I enjoyed my allergy testing with Brittany, well, as enjoyable as one can enjoy allergy testing. She was very very informative and was able to answer all of the questions that I asked. She made me feel very comfortable and the time flew by chatting with her.

I have been a patient of DR. Bacon almost 3 years. He has treated me for hearing loss, sinus and allergy problems. I've found him to be knowledgeable, experience and friendly. I arrived at 12:59 for a 1 pm allergy testing appointment and was called to the back by 1:04! I love it when there is quick service and no wait time. Also, the allergist was very kind and patient offering tv selections to take my mind off of the needles.

Dr. Bacon and the staff are very attentive to concerns as well as needs. Listens carefully to ensure the information they receive is what the patient is communicating. Always greet (and depart) with a smile and handshake. Dr. Bacon is awesome.

Great experience. First visit and was asked to show up 30 min. early for paperwork. 15 minutes after my arrival I was escorted to an exam room and Dr. Bacon was there within 5 minutes. The front desk ladies were great, helpful and sweet. The doctor that I saw in the back with her nurse side kick was aweful! They treated me so horrible, they didnt even listen to what was going on, they acted like I knew nothing of what was going on with my own body, and plain didnt care..
