When I went for my first appointment the lady to check me in was so rude to me. I was always rushed & felt like I couldn’t really talk to the doctor. Out of my pregnancy I never really saw Doctor Garcia & on top of that she wasn’t there to deliver my baby. She had me induced early at first because she assumed I had cholestasis of pregnancy. I had got induced and got the epidural for nothing and that was a waste of time because there was nothing wrong with me! Before that happened they were already talking to me about getting a c-section because my baby was weighing 2 weeks ahead, they assumed I couldn’t push out my baby because of my size & I ended up doing it all natural (: would not recommend. Condescending. Thinks she’s the best Vote with your dollar people, and get you some quality care.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Dr. Garcia is the worst doctor ever. She forced me to do a c section and never checked up on me again. She didn’t let me do skin to skin with my baby either. I never went back to her again. Worst experience ever.

Such a horrible doctor. She only saw me a couple times before I gave birth. Then while in the hospital It felt like I had no time to get comfortable and relax. A nurse was coming in every 30 minutes to an hour making me change positions and checking my cervix. I felt so rushed to have my baby. This was my first baby. I wasn’t even in labor for 24 hours before she called the hospital and told me I should have a c section. I told her I wanted to wait and see and she told me that I needed to decide in the next couple hours because she wouldn’t be able to come after a certain time. She told me if I didn’t decide by then, the on call doctor would deliver me. When I told her I was okay with that she said okay. But then ended up calling a little later saying I needed to have a c section soon because if not I would bled too heavy and need a hysterectomy. I felt so pressured to get my baby out and like I was a burden for being in labor less than 24 hours. So I agreed. After she didn’t even check on me only to call me at the 24 hour postpartum mark to tell me I can be discharged and should be good to go home. I’m still suffering from trauma from whole birthing experience. Would not recommend anyone go to her unless you want a c section, it’s seems like from the reviews she pushes a lot of women to do c sections. Such a horrible doctor. Really wish their communication was better. It's so hard to get a hold of someone for anything. I was prescribed a medication that I can't get an answer as to why. The nurse practioner is great, if only they could pick up their phone.

I believe Dr. Garcia may be a better gyn than she is OB. I’ve seen her for regular yearly visits for a while and it’s ok. The wait times can be excruciating, but if it’s just once a year, and you don’t have any real issues, it’s ok. As an OB, however, the experience is different. Scheduling is taken lightly. I have had 3 appointments rescheduled because of conflicts or staffing. This is not normally a problem, but one is then expected to fit into their availability. When I’ve told them I was unable to make it to their new availability, responses have been short and rude. At the moment, it’s been 2 months without a thorough US because of scheduling. The other pressing issue is the wait times. Now that appointments are more often, it is really palatable how much one is expected to wait. You are taken into the exam room quickly, but that is where you can sit for 45 min plus. Many times Dr. Garcia comes in rushed, and doesn’t listen very well to questions or real concerns. I don’t believe I’ve had an OB visit with the actual doctor that’s lasted more than 10 min. Overall, it’s not a terrible experience. But it is taxing to deal with this nearly every time I’ve gone in. I do not expect over the top customer service. Just decency and respect for one’s time, and I haven’t found that consistently with Dr. Garcia’s office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Garcia , she has been one of the most genuine and professional individuals I’ve met. She is knowledgeable, caring and understanding and does not hesitate to explain things until you fully understand. She is certainly one of the best doctors I have encountered in my lifetime.

Patient, thorough, and empathetic. Excellent bedside manner. She is an overall fantastic OB and GYN.

First time visit, everything went smoothly. From first walk in to paper work. Everything was handled nicely

Was referred to her for a full hysterectom. She didn't explain full details on before or after surgery. The day of surgery NO one contract my husband, until I was in my own room (5 hrs) later to call my husband. There respond will you can call him now. Next day she came by to release me, I had informed her of the bandage, all she did pull it off (ouch). My 1st visit after surgery, she doesn't have bedside manners.

Dr Garcia is a great physician I enjoy anytime I have to see her. The nurse that assisted her in my exam was very kind as well. My issue comes with billing I am scheduled for an IUD removal and then a couple of days later the placement why it can't all be done in one appointment is beyond me except the company wanting to gouge my insurance and have me pay several different co-pays. It just feels like a blatant waste of my time. The removal and placement can be done in one visit. I know this because I work for a medical office that does it. Care more about the people and not about the money.

Possibly the worst Doctor out there... not passionate about what she does, does not explain anything (she is in and out), tries to convince you to get extra testing by saying your insurance will cover it.

Make sure you ask for a copy of your medical history. I started having the feeling my birth control method was going to expire soon, the more I thought about it the more I realized I couldn't remember the last time I was in the office so I decided to call and make sure I didn't miss my appointment. I come to find out they don't have ANYTHING, all my medical history was gone. I had a high-risk pregnancy and all my treatments, test results, medication, past visits, all I have of my condition is the medical card they make you bring with you every time you go to a follow-up, which if you lose they charge to replace. Then the girl says to me, well we use quest if you want to call and ask them for your test results. Where would I even begin with that? HORRIBLE Make sure you ask for a copy of your medical history. Horriable staff- tried to make an appointment and the staff places you on hold and doesnt return or you call and no answer.

Keep an eye on your insurance billing. Horrible staff and horrible management. Have had a bad experience ever since visiting.

The staff is in the business of lying about charges on performed services and then bringing up supposed no show fees from many many ago when you dispute charges.. Felt unfair to be misled about what I was REALLY paying for

Doctor Garcia is rude and condecending. Her office manager is even worse. It took them 7 month to complete my leave paper work.

Manager told me i would receive my office credit in full in a few days, that it was a mistake due to changes in medicare .Basically lied to me on my service date ,deceived me to pay out of pocket for what i was told that medicare would not cover that day. Horrible, horrible customer service with Dr. Garcia and her rude staff. I won't recommend this place to any of my friends. Problems with billing, sending my tests to out of network labs costing me insane amounts!!! I talked to someone about this and showed them my insurance claims and she did nothing to ease my mind. She is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been in the presence of. I saw her maybe twice in 9 months. Then on the day I was in labor she didn't come in to check on me at all, I have a severe allergy to latex and it was in all my records, I kept getting checked with latex gloves. When "doctor" Garcia came in she said that I HAVE to have a c-section, (I was dilated 9.5 cm and my son was not in distress at all) I cried and asked her if I could think about it and she said "you can think about it but I'm leaving the hospital." I absolutely love and appreciate the extra level of care here. Dr. Perez is so thorough and patient with any and all your concerns. Catalina the ultrasound technician makes you feel so comfortable. In reality the entire staff is astounding. Highly recommend Dr. Perez as your Obgyn.????

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Garcia. She was the first (and only) doctor that would listen to me when I would explain what was wrong with me. After seeing her, SHE was the one who found an egg sized cyst on my ovary. At 19 years old, away from home, she made me feel SO comfortable throughout the whole process. She removed my cyst laparoscopically and told me she would NOT cut my stomach open unless she absolutely have to. (Or remove my ovary) And she did not! The procedure/recovery were both awesome and went very smooth. Several kinks afterwards figuring out what BC would help me, and I’m as good as new. I would recommend her to anyone. Front office staff is awful. Took 3 weeks to schedule an important appointment because the girl "forgot". Wait times can be long 30-45+. Some of the nurses and MA's are rude and inconsiderate. Visits are 5 mins or less and you can't get questions answered in that amount of time. If I wasn't so far into my pregnancy I'd find someone else. They have too many patients for the practice and not enough decent help in the office.

I absolutely love this place! I tried it out because of the convenient location,but I'm sticking with it because of the amazing care! I've never felt so comfortable with any doctor. Tess is absolutely wonderful!!! I tell everyone to come here :)

Dr.Garcia was my first OBGYN ever. The experience I had with her on my first pregnancy, that sadly ended in a miscarriage was the most heartless experience in my life. After the way she treated me and made my miscarriage seem like a good thing since i was young(20). I refused to see a woman doctor again and I even advised a friend of mine to see a diffrent doctor as well knowing she had a bad experience with Dr.Garcia as well. This woman has no heart. Thank god with my 2nd pregnancy I had a professional sweet carring male doctor who gave me the dream experience that every woman should have during a pregnancy, no matter what. My husband who has 3 MD degrees noticed that . My son was ok I had just stop dilating and it was only a matter of time. BTW it did leave a light scar thank God it was not one for his eyes. When my husband told her to save the placenta for CBR she rolled her eyes at my husband ( I paid her $100 in the clinic for that service) I would never recommended this doctor. Dr. Garcia is an amazing doctor and delivered my first kid, now she will deliver my second. Everyone at the office is super nice!

Dr. Garcia has been the most competent, caring and together doctor I've ever had. She is the only doctor who bothered to put the pieces of my medical history together and test me for the one thing that has changed the outcome of the health of my entire family. Thank you Dr. Garcia and your staff!

Dr. Greywal delivered my baby and she was a very good doctor. Unfortunately she left the group. Then I saw Linberg, she was the one who inserted the implanon. The staff were really awesome, this was back in 2014. I really enjoyed the staff. I made an appoint for next month and the person I spoke to was really rude. She didn't even bother to work with a reasonable date. I called back to see if they have sooner opening with a different provider, but she was rude and simply said no, did not even bother to look and check. The customer service seems poor already. Dr. Garcia was highly recommended to me by several women. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude to say the least. Not only did she talk over me, she was condescending and even yelled at me. Shortly after that, Yvonne called me and was very very apologetic and asked that me to not cancel my appointment due to that experience because Dr.Garcia was one of the best doctors in town. She recommended I speak with the office manager, Carlos. Carlos was just as rude as the receptionist. As I attempted to explain that the receptionist yelled at me and was beyond rude for no reason and that Yvonne was a sweetheart, he became extremely defensive. He said he would remove my appointment so I could give other patients my spot. I told him I didn't want to cancel my appointment and was simply letting him know of her poor customer service. He insisted and said he would remove me from their list and would cancel my appointment. It is a shame that Dr. Garcia lost a new patient due to the poor customer service in her staff. Her front line employees project a poor representation of her great skills and services. If I could rate her staff a 0, I would. Very very disappointed to say the least.
