Great service and care from the doctors and staff!
Great experience. The staff as well as doctor Knapke explained the whole process of the eye exam so I always knew what was going on in the exam. It turned out I didn’t need new glasses and they did not push me in to buying new ones!
Went there for the first time and the staff was unfriendly. Knapke took me back and spent awhile and was sincere with me. He quoted me a price on my contacts and took me back out to get glasses. The one lady helping me get glasses picked out was nice but checking out and ordering was totally different. The staff is rude and when I ordered my contacts, they told me a totally different price than Knapke quoted me. The lady proceeded to laugh at me because i tried arguing the price. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer because of such rudeness. Maybe that was the reason they had no other customer around when i went there.
