We did an immigration exam here. The receptionist and the doctor both were very nice to us. We didn’t experience any of the negatives described in other reviews.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DR or HIS NURSE!!! In the 75 years my mother has NEVER had the worst experience with a DR! I am in complete shock as to how they conduct their business. THEY have no compassion for their patients and clearly should not be operating . Its unfortunate that we live in New Buffalo and he was the closest small town Dr. I wouldnt even give them one star!!!!! Rude nurse along with a Dr who clearly needs to retire . ???? I've had botox several times at different places before and was never really satisfied . I can't tell you how good I feel about myself after going to Dr. Hwang for the first time. I will never go to anyone else. I seriously look at least 10 years younger and it LOOKS NATURAL. I am so pleased. I also think the Dr. and his nurse are friendly , thorough, and professional. Avoid this Dr and staff at all costs Dropped my 75 year old dementia parent as a patient all because she missed an appointment. His staff is rude and has a tendency to place you on hold mid talking ...very unsympathetic and unprofessional. Dr also hung up on me while askig him why he would drop my elderly mother as a patient when clearly i was calling to apologize on her behalf . Some days she doesnt get out of bed and as a doctor who knows her medical history he should provide the best possible care but instead lacks compassion and acts childish by hanging up on people who are just looking out fot their parents best interest

I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to sign him as a PCP. The nurse/receptionist has no people skills and has the habit of hanging up on people . The Dr is very unprofessional . He dropped my 75 year old mother who has dementia as a patient because she forgot her appointment. No 30 day written notice thats required by law in our state . I called to apologize and schedule an appointment because shes been confused. He didnt give a care in the world and hung up on me . Worst experience of my life including my elderly mother . I do not understand how the government can hire and trust this place.. Very Personable, Very Thorough Exam! The appointment was on time, detailed, and the doctor allowed an extensive amount of time for questions and concerns. Will return, would definitely recommend!

His charges for medical exams/ blood tests are higher than anywhere else. What is worse, he raises medical fees capriciously. It seems like he cares more about making money than his patients. I received a bad service from him and will never go back to him again. I do not recommend him.
