The nurses there are so RUDE and unprofessional. For god sake if you do not have patience with kids anymore (which i understand) Go find another job or Retire already. I would like to give 5 stars for Dr. Denning, he is very patient and kind to my kids for the one year they’ve been seeing him, as for the receptionist they are rude if you miss an appointment, I missed two spots for emergency reasons and when I tried to reschedule they were argumentative about the issue didn’t care that I was hospitalized which is why I missed they’re appt. The nurse is very traditional and old school and she does her best to keep a smile for the kids and parents. I like her and so does my son. Dr denning is a very good Dr he isn’t the type to be quick to treat things with medication, I love that the most. Overall my kids are happy and healthy and he and the nurse play a big role in that so for that I will tolerate the receptionist to see a good Dr. ! My kids always leave happy and they don’t dread going to see him either. Also I’m on public aide. My kids and I are treated with respect like anyone else. Highly recommend. Dr Denning and his staff are truly amazing! We have been going too his office for about 17 years- he’s always there to answer our questions and takes his time.

My daughter has been seeing Dr Denning for years. She is 11 now and has grown up to the point where she wants a female doctor. We really only seen this doctor, Dr Denning, for times when she was sick, or needed her shots, or needed a physical for school. And looking back I have to admit, that I hated coming to this office!! Each experience was not a good one!! Because of the way the office staff treated us, specifically the receptionists, just overall felt like we were a bother and nuisance to these people the second we walked through the door. They are so rude even on the phone they are rude and argumentative. I’m surprised they can treat another parent like that. Most of the staff must not have kids. I never liked Denning’s approach either. But, If you just need a “doc in the box” to do vaccines and physicals, and don’t mind unfriendly people, than this is your place. Dr. Denning is a wonderful doctor. He is very calm and knowledgable. He spends as much time as you need answering questions. The nurses are very nice too and will get you in right away if your child has an illness. Service has always been very prompt. Would highly recommend Dr. Denning and Hanh Pediatrics.

We’ve been w Dr. Denning for a decade, nearly, and honestly how people could leave a one-star review is beyond me. Careful, thorough, patient—are all words I’d use to describe this wonderful doctor. Front-desk is courteous and engaged. They give you their time and attention, and make sure no questions are left unanswered.

Dr. Denning is an exceptional doctor with experience and vast knowledge of pediatrics and pediatric emergency. I have 3 children that visit this office and I am always extremely satisfied every time we visit or call. He has saved me many trips to the emergency room. I have called his office at all hours day and night. He has not tried to throw every drug in the book at me when I bring in a sick child, which I greatly appreciate! Dr. Denning is kind and genuinely concerned about his patients. I know that my children are getting the best care with him. Very efficient and caring staff. My kids have been going to Hahn Pediatrics for over a decade. They are under the care of Dr. Gene Denning. His staff and office have been nothing but accommodating. They provide quick responses to concerns and questions that you might have regarding your children. They allow for same day sick-appointments 100% of the time. This alleviates having to take the children to an urgent care clinic or the emergency department. Overall, I highly recommend their practice.

My child was a patient of his for 6/7 years. Last visit with him and his nurse was terrible. We will never go back. Very unprofessional, putting down other medical facilities and professional's judgment. My son was hurt by a friend of his and the nurse was upset I didn't press battery charges on a 12 year old boy that made a stupid, bad decision, then went on to accuse me of unfounded abuse/neglect. Terrible, terrible situation. Beware.

We have been taking our 2 children to Hahn Pediatrics and Dr. Denning for 15 years. He is the most compassionate, thorough, kind Pediatrician. We highly recommend Dr. Denning to any parent looking for a Pediatrician He has helped us thru multiple stressful situations as parents!!! The staff are wonderful also!! Pam is one of the nurses who has known our kids for just as long, and she has been great with us and all the needs that come along with taking care of kids!!

Great doctor spend time with us and followed up with us I truly felt he does care about my kids.

Dr. Denning is outstanding . A real doctor, does not spend the visit typing into the computer, he actually talks to you! He is not there just say here are a bunch of rx's for your kids!

SEARCH OTHER DOCTORS. Dr. Dennings, his nurse Linda, and the painfully rude front desk receptionists need a serious attitude makeover! I have never been welcomed when I come, ever, and I've been going there for almost 2 years! -instead, I find myself waiting at the front desk for several seconds waiting until l one of the ladies to even give me eye contact, I mean c'mon be a little damn courteous. I'm usually not the one to write any sort of bad review but this is the last straw with this office. The whole staff is completely rude except the other female doctor who I wish I would have selected but anyhow I have just completely changed doctors and offices because I am sick of Dennings and his pathetic nurse bullying me about vaccines for my daughter. Clearly I have not studied in the medical field however I do have a lot of concerns and as a parent I I have a lot of questions. We usually see Dr. Russell but she was not available for a sick visit . My kids have had the flu for a week as have I. I knew there wasn't much he would be able to do for them but I wanted to make sure their lungs were clear as my daughter has asthma. I've never had any issues with the office before, but this particular visit Dr. Denning' s nurse was so rude. She really looks like she needs to retire. On the way out she tells my son don't touch the counter, you're still sick. Really?! Which is why we're in the Dr's office in the first place. If you don't want sick people touching things around you, maybe you should find another profession. Definitely looking for a new pediatrician! Great doctor

Highly recommended! I been with Hahn Pediatrics since my son was born 14 yrs ago. I use Dr. Denning who has been nothing but great. In a bind I have also used Dr. Russell who is also great. Both have wonderful bed side manner and patience. The office staff is also great and helpful too. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the wait room.

Dr. Denning and the staff are great. They are there for the patient care , not all the other crazy stuff. The office is not a rx factory that so many doctor offices have become!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Denning and his nurse are so unbelievably rude. If you're on public aide they'll treat you like you're complete scum. Dr. Russell is on maternity leave so we've had to use him. Dr. Russell and her nurse are amazing and so compasionate and he is short tempered and very unwilling to answer questions. I honestly don't know how they work in the same office. My infant daughter has been sick (puking consistently) for over a week and everytime I call and talk to a nurse I hear "well go to the er". They talk to me like I'm an idiot and I'm convinced it's because I'm a 21 year old mom. I was on the phone for his nurse for 10 minutes arguing with her to please give us an appointment for as soon as possible and she yelled at me and said "no were not seeing you; go to the er. And if you call tomorrow and the secretaries give you an appointment don't expect us to say anything else." She had me in tears! I took my daughter to the er for the second time and the doctor said I needed to see my pediatrician like I've been trying to do for days! He was also very rude to me about vaccinating my daughter because we're on public aide. If you choose Hahn pediatric request Dr. Russell as a pediatrician because she really is great. If she wasn't coming back in a few weeks I would be switching doctors immediately. Dr. Denning should not be a doctor if all he is going to do is pawn people off to the er. Took my daughter to see Dr. Denning after we had a problem with our insurance. Will not be coming back here again! He is rude, doesn't listen, is condescending, and looked at my kid for about 2 seconds! He has no clue what he's doing!!!
