My wife was recent stroke victim and the office let her sit for an hour in a wheelchair because they were so far behind. My wife was in pain and miserable. When the doctor finally saw her she screamed at her like she was deaf. I told her "for God's sake, she can hear you she's not deaf. I will NEVER subject my wife to that woman again. Rude beyond belief.

Dr. Akula is a very caring, friendly and patient oriented doctor. She makes you feel relaxed and willing to talk to her about your concerns without hesitation. From the start of the doctor patient relationship developed with Dr. Akula and her staff assistant Dr. Marc I have regained trust and confidence in the medical profession. For almost four years dr.A I felt never listened. She barley speak ,are looked at me or her patient. Asked for other dr reports knowing she had them not us. I would see commercials of other cancer centers and couldn't understand why we were treated as if we caused every side affect of chemo I pray for her .I'm sure she might not realize the pain she caused us but ,for every one us im sure she's treated and help many others. So I pray for her and thank her for keeping my family member alive
