Wonderful Doctor and even better human being. Very compassionate and right up to speed on all the latest in all things endocrine. Recommend her without reservation. She's a very modest person, but if she had a dollar for every patient to whom she's given hope and reassurance, she'd be long retired and on easy street, so be glad she's still available for the finest health care around!

This Dr has a serious personality problem. She treated me and my husband separately and was rude and insulting to both of us. When I called and asked office staff to refer me to another endocrinologist, the staff alerted the doctor who quickly got on the phone and said that in retribution she would refuse to refill my husbands diabetes meds and that he would need to go to the emergency room until he found another doctor. Dr Sangani cares. She is kind, carefull, listens to her patient I have been going to her for 30 years and now at 85 I still depend on her sound judgement

I would give 0 stars if I could. I wish I had read the previous negative reviews prior to my visit. You could not pay me to return to her. Similar to other negative reviews, she does not listen and is very negative. I would give 0 stars if I could. I wish I had read the previous negative reviews prior to my visit. You could not pay me to return to her. Similar to other negative reviews, she does not listen and is very negative. I am a type 1 diabetic who had recently begun wearing a pump and she adjusted the settings and made my management even worse. I do not recommend.

Extremely unprofessional staff. A lot of he said she said miscommunications. They will keep transferring you to multiple people who play dumb like their fax machine is broken, or "call back later because I don't know." Took over 2 months just to set an appointment because of necessary paperwork.

Very unprofessional. Wears flip flops during the summer which in my opinion is just inappropriate dress code for a physician. Also, with my thyroid issues, I experienced weight gain at one point throughout the treatment as I went from extreme hyperthyroidism to hypothyroid. During a visit, Dr. Sangani straight up said "Wow, you gained a lot of weight and got fat." How rude! Happy to never go back. Very unprofessional. I met with Dr. Sangani when I was 26. I had years of issues leading to unexplained weight gain, extreme fatigue, depression, and anxiety. She told me, at 26 years old, I would “die young and need to accept it”. Didn’t help ONE BIT. Told me my prescribed thyroid medication was the “equivalent of taking meth”. I bawled in her office - she made me feel worse than ever and completely hopeless. Absolutely no attempt was made to listen or investigate my complaints. I’d rather suffer than see her again. Absolutely awful. For a real doctor who will listen and leave no stone unturned, drive the extra miles and see Dr. Shirwan Mirza in Auburn, especially if you have metabolism or hormone issues, PCOS, and/or thyroid disease. The care that I have received from Dr. Sangani and her PA, whose name escapes me at the moment, is absolutely top notch. They both really listen, and care deeply about the health and overall well-being of their patients. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

When I said I wanted to change doctors due to her insulting me she immediately refused to prescribe my required diabetes meds and said I’d need to go to the ER to get them to tide me over to my appointment with the new doctor. She is an evil vindictive person.

I have had her as doctor for longtime. I an glad for her caring, truthful and helpful nature. She has helped me loose weight, get my blood sugars under control and help me lead healthier, better life.

When my husband told her he wanted to change doctors due to her insulting comments she refused to prescribe his required diabetes meds during the wait period for the new dr appointment and said he could go to the ER to get him over to his appointment with the new doctor. She left him without life supporting meds and acted vindictively. She also acted as my doctor briefly and was rude and insulting to me. I have never encountered a such a hurtful and spiteful person acting in a professional capacity.

I would definitely not recommend Dr Sangani. She never remembered me. She had to reread her notes whilst sitting with me. Was short and rude. Took my blood and left my arm a complete mess. Took less than 5 minutes every visit and showed me her laptop to evaluate my test results. Horrible communicator

I have had a very good experience with Dr. Sangani. She has helped me a lot. Very caring, efficient and talented doctor. Could not ask for a better physician

Dr. Sangani absolutely does not care about her patients. I have seen her for 2 years and every time I visit her office, I have to listen to her yell at me because I gained weight, rather than her helping me with my much more serious condition. She seems to have issues with other physicians in the area which clouds her judgement. This last visit, I left in tears and none of my medical issues were addressed. Told me I can see my primary because she cant do anything else for me. Would NOT reccomend

Very kind physician. Called me on weekend to take care of my abnormal reports. Has been a great support for me, all through my illness. Love her.

Too busy to care. Does not listen to patient. Poor delivery and communication skills. Does not do a thorough job. Went once, will never return, and will recommend that others do not bother to go here.

Dr. Sangani lied to me about the reasons for putting me on a prescription, which then made me sick. (She wanted me to lose weight) She is abrupt and yells/ bullies. She uses intimidation and fear tactics and when you try to leave her practice she blacklists you from her huge affiliate group, which prevents you from getting good care elsewhere. I left my last appt in tears and now cant see the providers I want. It was a horrific experience, and she's a terrible person.

Dr. Sangani does NOT have patience for her patients. She orders unnecessary testing and then, you as the patient spend more time trying to track down the results of those tests for the Dr. as her staff are not able. Follow-up appointments are spent bringing Dr. Sangani up to speed from the previous 2-3 appointments as she seems not focused or better yet, not interested. My last appointment was spent being yelled at for no reason. Her PA was appalled. Needless to say I've since moved on....

While my case of health issues may be more challenging than most, Dr. Sangani has done nothing but put me through even more hell. She has yelled at me and pushed unnecessary testing and surgery, to the point of me leaving in tears, and ignores every single one of my concerns. I have two conditions that are on the more rare side, so I understand that many doctors may not be familiar with them, but I would expect my doctor to at least do some research to try to better understand it and help me.
