Couldn’t understand what he was saying. Absolutely no privacy in the office (conducts visits with the door open right next to the waiting room). Office doesn’t follow up on scheduling referrals. Literally changed my insurance so I wouldn’t have to see him again.

Long wait time, staff doesn't know what they be doing and takes forever to get a referral for help. Unprofessional he needs to change his staff..
