Terrible doctor and even worse human being, but what else would you expect from someone who studied medicine in a 3rd world country like Venezuela. He treats his patients as if they were just another number. He had the audacity to scold me and my family as we were mourning over my father’s death bed asking if there was anything we can do to save him, he has absolutely no bedside manners.
