Dr Wos is the absolute best. I would never go to anyone else for any reason. He has done numerous of my procedures. Never one issue.

Dr. Waslewski is a nice man with a great bedside manner. Very down to earth, and straight to the point. Also very caring, and wants to get his patients out of pain, as quickly and easily as possible. Great with explaining what is going on with your body part, and what it will take to fix it. Super informative..I never felt hurried. Thank you Dr. Was for such superb care!

Dr. Waslewski is simply the best at his craft and specialty. He is super approachable and knowledgeable and is also sincere with his caring advice. I hope NOT to need to see him again as that would mean I likely injured myself…. But just knowing that he is in my corner if I should need him encourages me. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks. I Show up for my 945 appointment at 930. I signed in as instructed at the front desk where I spoke with the receptionist and had completed all the paperwork ahead of time online. At 11:00 I asked what was taking so long, I was told I had "no showed." " I am here, I arrived at 0930, how did I no show?" The receptionist could not explain. I showed in her folder where I had not only signed in but where she had removed the sticker and placed it in line. She said she did not know what happened but I would I have to reschedule, which of course would be weeks out. I asked to speak to the office manager, the receptionist came back 3-4 minutes later and said that all she could do was offer a 1:30 appointment that day in Mesa. Which doesn't work for me due to a scheduling conflict, I again asked to speak with the manager and she would not come out to see me. Screw ups happen; but the receptionist could have acknowledged her mistake but she refused to take ownership of it. The office manager could have owned the mistake and seen where she could accommodate me to work to a reasonable conclusion. Total lack of professionalism by the office personnel here. This office and Dr Waslewski is the best of the very best!!! So glad we have him as our Doctor!!!

Took my daughter to see Dr. Wasleski for an elbow issue she has been having for well over year. She had seen two doctors prior to this visit with out any satisfactory answers, their response was basically just to take time off. Dr. Wasleski gave her a thorough exam, supplying us with a detailed explanation of the area bothering her and what the scans revealed about it and how to treat it. Dr Waslewski provides diagnosis with a plan going forward and answers to questions. Best Orthopedic Surgeon in town. I've had a right knee meniscus tear and right shoulder surgies from him. Fully recovered from both without an issue. Dr Waslewski is friendly to talk to and professional. I've known him for over 15 years. I hghly recommend him. Dr. Waslewski is awesome & I would never want to go anywhere else. He is so competent, knowledgeable and caring and professional, which is why he is a team doctor for the Cardinals, Suns, Diamondbacks & other athletic teams. They trust him with their very expensive investments. You should too.

Dr. Waz and his staff were fantastic to work with. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and in a good mood. The doctors and staff were very friendly, and the office looked really nice. I felt like everyone went out of their way to help me and work on improving my shoulder pain. What an incredible doc and office! Was in and out in 30 minutes (including shoulder X Rays) with a solid understanding of my situation. While a previous Ortho doc had planned to do surgery and actually detach my bicep muscle ( I guess to take pressure off the shoulder?) Dr. Waslewski told me to continue my stretching and strengthening exercises and schedule a follow up appt in four months, with a possible 2nd MRI at that point. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!! Best surgeon ever! He's taken care of both of my knee procedures and has done a great job. I love his whole staff especially Sheryl.

Gary was very professional and patient with me. I went to him for a 2nd opinion on my shoulder and apparently there were some confusion I had with my first doctor. However, Gary was kind enough to clarify all of my doubts and concerns and even took his time out of his way to draw pictures and showed me the anatomy displays to better my understanding of what exactly my injury is doing to my shoulder. Definitely will come to him again in the future if I need to see a specialist. Gary was very professional and patient with me. Yesterday was the first time that I visited Dr. Waslewski‘s office and I have to say that I was more than pleasantly surprised. Dr.Waslewski made me feel extremely comfortable. He asked questions about my current state and what treatments I had undergone prior to this visit. He went over the MRI scan with me and discussed what he envision as the next steps in my treatment plan. He took the time to reassure me that any procedures or follow up would be something that we decided together. I have never encountered such a pleasant doctor! Dr Waslewski asked me about my current care and how I was feeling about it . He wrote a note to the PT office to adjust my care ; and then proceeded to walk me through an at home exercise by demonstrating it to both my husband and I. Dr Waz is the best in the biz! Did surgery on my knee that went great, he called after the procedure to check in to make sure I was feeling well post op. My recovery was fast as a result of following his instructions. He has also helped me with an injury to the other knee and a shoulder injury. He fixes everything I break!

I feel very fortunate to have had Dr. Waslewski perform my Rotator Cuff repair. He is a Top Doctor in PHX and his staff is top level as well. The surgery was a great experience as well as the follow up appointments. Highly recommend him.

I was told Dr. Waslewski was the best shoulder specialist in Arizona, so saw him yesterday for the first time. Great bedside manner and spent 15 minutes with me on the plan of action for recovery. Highly recommend any athlete looking for an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Waslewski was recommended to me by one of his colleagues with the Phoenix Suns. And I highly recommend him to you. He’s just an incredibly caring physician. Great “bedside manner”, humble, kind, attentive, and caring. While appointments are on time, you’re not pushed out the door so he can see his next patient. Although he’s efficient and isn’t ever condescending. But he does have a great sense of humor. Additionally, he includes the patient in creating a treatment plan. Dr. Waslewski was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and gave me as much time as I needed for my visit. He performed a knee surgery for me 10 years ago and I haven't had to visit his practice until today - for a non-related minor issue. Very short wait time to be seen and staff was very professional.

Dr. Waslewski always takes time to thoroughly explain everything and then answer all my questions. He sits down and has a conversation with me. Not like other doctors who rush in and out. Dr. Was takes time to make each patient feel important even when the impatient patient wants to get back to normal life a little too soon. He is fantastic and I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Waslewski treats you like a family member. He prioritizes his patients and genuinely cares about their well-being. He is well-educated, personable, and most of all, caring.
