Outstanding physician. If you want an experienced doctor who cares as much as he is skilled at being a clinician, Dr. Tobis is your guy.
Dr. Tobis... what can I say. Put simply, he doesn't seem to know what to do or how to check if you have a problem. He will ask you to self assess and wait for your response and recommended course of action. He is not very skilled at investigating and finding what is wrong. Also, you can't tell if he is joking or serious at times. Which is it. Very uncomfortable. Find another doctor. He should not be doing this.
