Dr. Gary W Spangler JR.

Gary Spangler owns Bay Area House Calls. He is a HORRIBLE , GREEDY to sign up new patients. After signing up he never or the nurse practitioners never showed up. My mom was taken to the hospital - HCA Clear lake - in Webster TX - because we could never reach him. Since we were signed up with them the hospital said he has to be the primary doctor. It was very SAD he didn't go to see her for 4 days the weekend in-between. When he finally went on Tuesday , I finally spoke to him on the phone and he said she was non responsive. She was not given any food to eat or water . Finally on day 5 a good nurse at the hospital let me talk to her and my Mom so SAD begged me to come and take her from the hospital. She said I keep asking for food and water and they just walk away, she said I am so hungry and my lips are dry they will not even give me a drop of water. I asked him to release her and he would not , so I went to HCA Clearlake and took her out against Medical Will.

Dr. Spangler treated my Mother at home. He rarely came himself. He ordered Chelation therapy for high lead levels. I asked him to show me the lab test, because she had been tested about 6 months before. He never got me the test results. The tech he sent to do the therapy couldn't explain why she was doing things. Whenever I asked, she would just say, "that's what they told me." Spangler has a god complex.

Hi Dr Spangler. It's been a very long time!!! I don't even remember how long it has been since we worked together. I was wondering if you would be interested in adding aesthetic lasers to your practice I've been a cosmetologist for 6 years now and am also recently certified as a laser tech, laser safety officer and microneedling. Dr spangler and his staff mis managed the care given to my elderly father. He had a temperature of 101 and it was dismissed as if it was no big deal. The nurse practitioners and physician asst can not make decisions or answer questions. Just a fancy way to take advantage of the elderly and their health insurance by seeing them at home. The doctor is out of touch with the patient
