Dr. Gary Kin Tet Pang

I went expecting to see the Dr. When Dr. Pang was on vacation, James PA, came in, we connected right away. He was very caring and concerned. I was given James as my PA and I could not be happier with my treatment by James. Covid hit and all my visits are over Video now which I love, no driving. YEA…OK WITH ME. I am on contract with this office to manage my post spine fusion pain. I am nearly fused from top to bottom on my spine. It's no slight injury. IF YOU SPEAK TO DR PANG or PA JAMES YOULL BE FINE BUT I have been passed over for critical care and Sara especially has thrown me under the bus leaving me only to go to the ER for care. Since the week between Christmas and today (01/13) I have left 5 messages, NO RETURN CALLS, EVER. Sara was especially rude, unprofessional. Spoke over me the entire time, you know the type of rude young person. IF YOU ENJOY FLAWLESS CARE LOOK ELSEWHERE! Shame on such a terrific doctor to employ such self centered worthless non caring phone staff. She thought she was going to fix everything. The doc's are great but the office staff is so bad that you should look elsewhere. Sorry Dr Pang, left messages for you too, no return calls. I have a call log to prove my calls Id bet your office will deny ever getting any messages that is exactly how they treat folks.

I went to see docter Gary Pang. I was looking for a Doctor closer to me. And fill out disability papers for me. He said he wouldn't take me as a patient because of the type of medication I take from my other pain doctor. I told him I do understand . But still no I'm not a addicted to the medication. Horrible...First time there...Staff at Brockton location Pathetic. Staff treat patients like if they were stupid. They talk with a yelling demanding voice...Last but not least...One of the Ms. know it all has no patience no customer service ethic and once frustrated Gets up says This is a bunch of FBS with a full lobby of patients and walks away! The office manager needs to do something about her. She knows who she is. Being a first time patient I walked out but not before canceling my appointment. The best Staff, Nurses, Physicians Assistants and Doctor. Caring, helpful and thorough.

I've had 3 major spine surgeries by Dr Uppal, secsesfully, Dr pang. Is the best pain management you can get.the staff is great. You may have to wait a little bit, but. I have found out through 18 years, the best doctors you have to wait. The time you want for him to make sure he gets YOU out of pain. Everyone else needs the same time. So relax he's the best. Dr. Pang is amazing! I've had other pain management doctors and no comparison. He keeps on going and never gives up figuring out your pain. I feel so much better after my procedures. It has been a journey and I've been going to him for several years. I love how he takes the time to listen and genuinely cares. Staff is wonderful and I highly recommend Dr. Pang. Dr. Pang seems to know more about my conditions than most of my specialists. He is a real doctor. One time the wait was way too long for someone with chronic pain but the relief compensated for the delay.

Dr Pang is knowledgeable and has good bedside manner. On the other hand his NP, Maria- is not very professional. I have called to file a formal complaint, I hope someone returns my call. She had me in tears and would not listen to anything I had to say. ?? She was rude to me. Natalie is very kind as is the receptionist in San Bernardino Office.

I am posting for a friend of mine with no goggle account. My friend is pretty unhappy with Dr. Pang's treatment. When trying to call the office, it will ring between 8-18 times with no one answering. The office has moved 3 times, and she never received any notice of Dr. Pang or the office moving. Even when leaving a message early in a day, no one gets back to her same day. Dr. Pang has prescribed meds for her that don't help the level of pain. He does nothing about it and does not seem to care. She is in pain with no help. Patient of dr pangs for over 5 years very professional and I like the idea that dr pang practices pain control thru other interventak treatments Botox, radio frequency, and nerve blocks nice friendly staff!!

Dr Pang is great, its the person who does the authorizing and scheduling of injections and insurance approvals that really cant do her job, been waiting over a month to get scheduled for two procedures. by the way she does not return phone calls.
