Went to have back molar taken out. The whole office staff were very friendly and pleasant. I have never had a tooth out without feeling a thing. They are all wonderful. Highly recommend.

Friendly, professional, caring.

Great place friendly and do great work!

I was extremely nervous. I have a huge phobia towards dentist/oral surgeons but Dr. McDonald and his staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I have already recommended his office to a neighbor who has to get their wisdom teeth taken out.

We have used Doctor McDonald several several times to have our children's wisdom teeth removed, and various other procedures. The office staff is always professional and friendly, and Doctor McDonald does a fantastic job. I consistently recommend his office to friends and family, and would not hesitate to return to his office again.

This office is amazing! The doctor takes the time to answer any and all of your questions and he has really good bedside manner. Also his office staff is absolutely amazing. So friendly????. I definitely recommend him!

Dr.Mcdonald an his staff are great! I’m one of those who gets scared due to past experiences, tho I’m not afraid with them at all. They make you feel comfortable an safe. They are each very kind an just very nice people. Dr.Mcdonald takes time with you discussing what’s needed. He’s very knowledgeable an experienced that I’m greatly thankful for. Dr. McDonald and his entire staff are the absolute sweetest. They make you feel so comfortable and at home and thoroughly explain every step of what they are going to do even going as far as to describe how certain things will feel post whatever procedure you are getting done. Dr. McDonald is wonderful. I was his patient 25 years ago and now both my boys have been his patients. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. His staff is amazing as well.

The rudest receptionist ever !

I was referred to Dr. McDonald to locate and remove a broken root that had been pushed up into my sinuses by an incompetent dentist in Pasadena. Dr. McDonald and his wonderful team were able to use a 3D image to locate and plan the removal. They took such great care of me! This is a brilliant Dr and team! If you need an oral surgeon then this is where you should be!! I had implants put in. Staff was professional. Dr. McDonald was as well. Office was very clean.

Took my son to Dr. Mcdonald's office for a frenectomy (tongue- tie clipping surgery). The experience was so great that when it was time for my daughter to have her wisdom teeth removed we didn't hesitate to return. EVERYONE from the receptionist to the nursing staff were absolutely friendly and helpful at all times and made sure we had a great experience both times. Both times they verified my insurance long in advance and made sure I got the best coverage via dental or medical insurance. Dr. Mcdonald himself is both professional and very personable. He made sure to take the time to explain everything to both myself and also to my children in layman's terms and seemed to do a flawless job with both surgeries. Staff followup was excellent and they even squeezed me in with almost no notice when I had a silly post - surgery concern. They were very reassuring and friendly even though it turned out to be nothing! I would say don't hesitate to visit Dr. Mcdonald's office for your oral surgery needs! I don't think they want your business. Attempted to call several times to set up a new appointment and each time I had to leave a message. There isn't any other option other than to leave a message with the receptionist. One time they called back and I missed the call and I called right back and had to leave another message. When I was able to finally speak to someone in the afternoon, they were "busy" and wanted to call me back. Told them no thanks, will take my business elsewhere.

I tried to schedule an appt for my daughter's wisdom teeth to be pulled and the lady refused to verify my insurance just cause she never heard of it.
