As a new patient, the got me in quickly and were able to address my problems right away.

Went in to get some minor surgery done and Dr Gary was great and the staff was nice and friendly.

Dr. Kugler is the best. Wonderful bedside manner. The office visit was quick, but thorough, and Dr. Kugler made sure I understood everything before I left. Also, they put together a kit to take home with bandages so I didn’t have to stop and pick any up. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Kluger and I was very pleased. Office staff pleasant. Dr. Kluger pleasant and helpful. I will return when needed and would recommend to others.

It was easy scheduling an appointment and the office staff was very friendly. Dr. Kugler was very thorough and answered all of my questions. A positive experience from beginning to end!

Quick easy check in prices and Dr. Gary was very attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Kugler is a good dude with a solid demeanor who knows his way around a foot and ankle. I’ve seen him multiple times over the years and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kugler is a wonderful caring physician. We are very happy under his care and the staff is super friendly.

Great experience. Staff is friendly and well organized. Dr Kugler is fantastic.

We received very thorough instructions regarding the registration portal. When we arrived we were seen on time. Dr. Kugler was thorough, gentle, and explained everything that would happen during our sons visit. At no time did the appointment feel rushed and we asked a lot of questions. It was a pleasant experience.

I waited 7months before sending out this review. I do not want to ever hurt anyones business or career. Here is the story! I went to Dr Jay Kugler because i had a pedicure 6 mths prior and was having redness that looks like infection. i went to my primary dr. absolutely awesome and gave m oral antibiotic. did well for awhile and then inflamed again. I went to Dr Kugler who said lets do a MRI ( thats why he gets the first and only star) MRI comes back and I Osteomyelitis is inflammation or swelling that occurs in the bone. And is a bone infection. He got very aggressive with me and said where is your blood test I said your front desk told me to get it when i get my MRI. because of COVID it took a bit to get MRI....basically he told me i needed to get my toe amputated my big toe! I was like whAT? He wanted to scheduled it then and there. My husband in the lobby was like what is going on? We went and sat in the car and talked with a fabulous orthopedic foot specialist,Please Please get a second opinion I waited 7months before sending out this review. I was in agony, let my plantar fasciitis go too long. Dr. Kugler and his assistant restored my ability to walk - literally. Love this practice.

My son had ankle pain for a while. One visit with Dr. Kugler and we knew why and the treatment plan. We should’ve visited sooner. He is a wonderful doctor.

Great service, really easy appointment setting and getting information before the appointment date; no long wait like many doctor's offices, and the staff was suburb --- Dr. Kugler is very informative and great with describing medical stuff in terms that are understandable. I highly recommend.

Jeana was professional, pleasant, efficient, and patient as I had an issue getting to the patient portal. The office is clean and pleasant. The staff are all pleasant and efficient. The wait was short and very nice exam room with great chair. Dr. Kugler was likewise pleasant, professional, and candid about options for a long-term issue. He explained success rates, no pressure to do any one thing, and also gave me “none of the above” as an option. Overall, I would say gold standard of a first visit with a doctor! Thank you! Dr. Kugler is always kind and as helpful as possible. A good visit.

As always, Dr Kugler was reassuring, efficient, and competent. He is a good explainer of complex medical subjects. I left knowing exactly what the next steps would be for either of the two possible diagnoses.

Dr. Kugler completed and analysis to confirm there was no structural damage and then provided scripts to control my foot issue. I have had gout several times and he is the only doctor He is the only doctor that prescribed both a medication to attack it and to control the swelling.

Great practice! I arrived and was greeted with a smile by the friendly professional front office staff. I was taken back promptly and the doctor came in within a few minutes. My overall experience with Dr Kugler and the entire staff was outstanding.

If I'm gonna have to get a wart treated, might as well enjoy the experience, Dr. Kugler and his staff are very professional, nice, and punctual. Overall pleasant experience. I've not had anything major done but It feels like I'm seen instantly at my appointment time. 10/10 Will keep going.

Gary and his staff are the best!!!!! Very thorough and welcoming.

Safe and friendly office space. I was seen quickly upon arrival. Dr. Kugler and his assistant answered my many questions and calmed my fears explaining everything. Dr Kugler was very gentle, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will confidently pass his name and practice to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with a bad toenail an Dr Kugler got me all fixed up in less than an hour...waiting room included! I wish he were my regular doctor... I’d go more. ????

Every time I have visited Dr Kugler office , staff members are very organized and professional ; get treated with foot problem with great advise and quick treatment from Dr. Kugler. I am a happy patient :-).

Amazing Doctor! Awesome staff! I cannot say enough how quickly and how well they took care of me after sitting at an urgent care all night to be sent home after being told, “Yep, it’s broke,” with no resolution or plan. My husband found Dr. Kugler’s office early the next morning and left voicemails with him and his staff; HE (Dr. Kugler) responded himself within 15 minutes!!! How rare is that from a doctor who has never seen you!? Dr. Kugler’s staff scheduled me first thing in the morning and his treatment while MUCH BETTER didn’t matter as much as it did that he listened and reassured me. Dr. Kugler was great in helping me with my foot pain. I look forward to getting my feet fixed by him.

A real positive experience. Everyone was so friendly. Dr Kugler carefully explained the procedure beforehand and was also very friendly and personable. Highly recommend.

The Staff were very efficient, polite & knowledgeable. Dr. Kugler was very thorough, he listened to my complaints and came up with a treatment plan. I will definitely refer this practice to others.

Had to wait a couple of days to make sure what I was experiencing was real! Office very polite. Rachel, was not only personable but knowledgeable. And put up with my weirdness, my coping mechanism. Dr Kugler said to wear shoes and use a night splint. I wasn’t sure that would do anything. Much to my amazement and joy I woke up without pain for the first time in a month.
