Dr. Gray is a really great doctor. Super smart, easy going personality, good listener and takes the time to clearly explain things. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dr Gray. He has always been attentive and directs the health care he has given me with medical expertise and compassion. His office staff is also respectful and friendly. Little to no wait at appointments.

I was part of this practice back in the 90’s. Dr. Snodgrass was my PCP until he retired from this practice. My care was transferred to Dr. Watson-Ficken. When she left the practice, my care was transferred to the NP, Gina instead of to Dr. Gray. I wrote a letter to Dr. Gray, telling him my history with the practice and my multiple health issues, and that my cardiologist thought I would be best served by an MD. I had no response of any kind to my letter. I have seen Gina for a couple of years, and she is lovely, but I want an MD. I asked recently if Dr. Gray was taking new patients, and the office manager, Terry, said,”Yes”. I asked if she would ask him if he would take me as a patient, based on my previous reasons. She went and asked him and returned saying, “He said no. He said, my cardiologist to call him if he had questions”. I am dumbfounded. I retired from nursing after 40 years and I feel that my needs are not heard in this practice. Won’t ask again. Time to move on.

Called today for a new patient appointment. Told it would be at least 10 months before I could see the doctor! I don’t think so! Not a patient friendly office!

Debbie is very rude, inpatient, and unprofessional????

Great doctor but I always have a very hard time getting anyone to answer the phone. If they do answer, it’s usually a woman who is VERY condescending. It seems like I’m really bothering her.

Best Dr. I have ever had very patient great bed side manners

I've been seeing Dr. Gray for almost 20 years now. He's a great Doctor that takes the time to get to know his patients. He literally saved my life 2 times!

Our 45 yr old son has struggled with alcoholism for many years. When he finally decided he needed help he saw Dr. Gray. Dr. Gray had a very long and frank talk with him and encouraged an inpatient treatment program. Whatever he said worked. He entered a program and 9 months later is still sober and working. My husband and I can never thank him enough. We truly feel he saved his life!

I made an appointment 3 months out. They called me month before stating they were canceling and dropping me as patient. Blamed computer error. I asked who they were referring me too since I needed an annual exam to be able to foster children. They stated they could not help and hung up on me.

Dr. Gray's office staff was very unhelpful and rude. After having a baby, Dr. Gray would not fill my regular prescriptions (allergy) until I could get in to see him and his next appointment was over a month away. The office staff was very rude. She kept repeating the same thing over and over to me. She did not try to help me at all. I asked if they could fill them until the appointment and was told no. This is my dad, I love him bro.

My favorite doctor ever! I have followed him to each new location. He takes wonderful care of my husband and goes the extra mile while taking care of him. Any physician that will do that for my husband, I never want to lose.

Dr. Gray listens to the patient and actually hears what I have to say. He addresses all concerns and makes sure you understand everything before you leave the office. He is very thorough and he cares. this is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to anybody. So glad I found him.

I've been going to Dr. Gray for about 3 years and he is BY FAR the best dr I've ever had. He obviously has a HUGE following so sometimes there might be a slight wait for a regular visit. But I called yesterday trying to get an appointment, i would have been happy within a week. But because they knew I needed treatment asap, they squeezed me in. Needed basic annual exam. I had to wait 3 months for appointment. They called me a month before appointment stating they were cancelling and not rescheduling, dropping me as a patient because of a computer error. I asked if they could refer me to another doctor because I was needing a physical to continue Fostering children. They did not help and hung up on me. Now I'm scrambling.

Dr. Grey is extremely caring and understanding. He takes the time to listen and offers not only medical advice but holistic approaches to overall wellbeing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor that truly cares about his patients.

I moved to Lake St. Louis and needed a new primary I waited 3 weeks to even get in to see the doctor. His nurse informed me before I could even speak with him he would not refill any of my prescriptions and would have to see a specialist ( very basic medications I’ve been on for over 15 years) Very scary to think people go to this man and he is so incompetent he can’t write a script. This is the best Doctor you can have. One that cares for he's patient. Takes he time to understand what's going on with you. Do the best he can to make you better. Love you Dr. Gray keep up the good work..

Dr. Gray's staff doesn't answer the phone. They promise a response within 48 hours. Had to go to the office to talk to someone. All I wanted was a prescription refill. Sat for an hour after being asked to be seated while the "gate keeper" found someone who could talk to me. Ended up being told they would call me. Day 2 I was told I needed an appointment on a phone message. Day 3, called, got the voicemail again. Waited another 45 minutes in their office. Treated rudely by the doctor. Left!

I have been patient of Doctor Gray’s for years. I live in Florissant Mo and he moved to OFallon Mo. I will go where he goes no matter what! He takes time to listen to your concerns and he doesn’t make you feel rushed. I had blood work his office called me the next day regardless of test results. I referred several people to him and they all love him as well.

Dr Gray is a very kind, compassionate & thorough MD. He took all the time needed to listen to my concerns & ordered the necessary blood work. His staff called me with the results. I was so impressed, I wasn't rushed out.

I love Dr. Gray. Have been seeing him for a number of years. Have followed him to 3 different offices. Every time he moves, I move. I have total trust and faith in him and his opinions. He takes all the time you need. Never rushes a visit. I highly recommend him for your doctor.

I have just become a new patient with Dr. Gray and have only seen him 2 times. So far, I have been happy with him. However, his staff is another question. They seem disorganized. They have taken over two weeks, several phone calls and a personal visit to send a referral (still not sent). The office staff and how they handle your needs is just as important as the doctors care. I know that with all the insurance hassles, etc they are overtaxed, but that's what they're job is.

He takes time with his patients, spends time working on one problem at a time and doesn't load you up with a bunch of medicine at a time so if you have a reaction you don't know which one caused it. Very good bedside manner.

He seems to have such compassion and understanding Takes the time to listen i am so blessed to have him as the doctor in our family... highly recommend him and several family members go to him and friends also The staff also is great and very pleasant
