This office is ridiculous! They didn't send over lab work properly to the hospital. I was told to go back to the office who then said they wouldn't send it. After I cancelled the appointment they then told me they were sending it back over to the hospital and it should be there by the time I get back there. No paperwork was sent to the hospital and when the receptionist Called the doctors office back for the 2nd time, they told her they were "very busy and would send it as soon as they could". I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Poor service and such an inconvenience to patients. I have only been there a total of 3 times and not once have I had a decent experience. WFMA will bill you for services you don't request and then refuse any explanation to you. Their only concern is collecting money from you. Their office is very outdated and they keep you waiting, appointments are never on time. I would rate them zero stars if I could. They are not trustworthy, look elsewhere!
