I had an Rx from another Dr. The sales lady in the optical shop talked down to me and made me feel less than human. she was no help selecting frames. I dread going back to pick up my glasses.

Extremely unsatisfied with this group. The Dr. are great but any encounter with nurses or the sales team in their optical shop is unpleasant and down right rude. My son has been a patient since he was 3 and we will be seeking a new DR. after 7 years.
