They forgot about me for 2 months. Called on a Sunday to leave a message saying there is nothing to talk about. They forgot to schedule an important test. Do not recommend

I have not needed surgery. However Dr. Degen has been a competent Dr. I do recommend him.

My mom suffered for about 6 months from a wound on her toe. Dr. Degen saw her once a month to take an xray and basically mutilitate the wound even further. He suggested there was a bone infection and was planning to remove her toe with surgery. She went to another podiatrist, who healed her toe with one in office procedure. I feel very blessed to have Dr Degan. He always makes me feel like my questions matter, even if I feel the questions might be dumb. He s always been there when I needed him and he has a great personality.

Dr Degen immediately introduced himself and began asking questions to address my foot issue. Very detailed triage and prompt diagnosis. Options offered and discussed in full to my satisfaction, caring about my thoughts throughout. Dr Degen is thorough and professional and I would highly recommend his expertise to anyone. Excellent customer service from Dr Degen and the entire staff.

Amazing doctor and surgeon! Great teacher! My surgery for a neuroma was a great experience. No complications. Can't even see the scar. Always informative, kind, caring, funny, upbeat, great listener. Been cared for by him for years. Never felt rushed, he loves to teach! He has always spent as mich time as I needed. Dr. Degen goes to great lengths to follow through on my concerns, he has even called me on a weekend when I had a serious problem. I can't say enough about his professionalism!

Extremely incompetent and uncaring podiatrist. He was dismissive of most of my concerns and after my first concern he was ready to walk out of the room within the first 5 minutes. He did not know the answers to my questions, he never followed up with the relevant test report that had been sent to him, he did not know who to refer me to. He wrote a damaging note after I complained about him to his staff following the visit. Do not trust him!
