This doctor was recommended to us, for a high risk hip surgery. We trusted him. The surgery resulted in extreme pain, weakness, and inability to walk. He was contacted. He showed little concern, and refused to do x-rays. After consulting another Orthopedic Surgeon, x-rays showed the horrible, unprofessional, and Unforgivable example of a hip surgery! the nurses are awesome the doctors great they're always in a good mood my only issue is is right now it's 10:30 at night and I tried again today to get my non narcotic pain medication refilled and it's not here yet so it's going to be another sleepless nightand everybody hates sleepless nights due to pain that there's nothing they can do about so I would have raided you five stars but you're getting for from me other than that you guys been amazing and usually you're on top of it with my pain but something's going on some different nurse I'm dealing with must be I don't know but you're all aces in my book the nurses are awesome the doctors great they're always in a good mood my only issue is is right now it's 10:30 at night and I tried again today to get my non narcotic pain medication refilled and it's not here yet so it's going to be … More

Great dr.

Dr.Cortina is an excellent surgeon. I feel he is the best in the area. His Physician's Assistant Kate is excellent and his clinical staff are very knowledgeable, and truly put the patient first. Dr.Cortina holds not only himself, but his staff accountable to to deliver quality, and compassionate care to every patient that walks through his office doors, from 5he time of their initial evaluation, thru surgical intervention, and provides excellent post operative care/follow up.
