Dr. Gary Belcaster MD and his staff provided me with an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Dr. Belcaster's attentiveness to my concerns and prompt attention to my needs made me feel validated and cared for. Within a couple of days of our initial consultation, I received the attention I needed. The procedure itself was remarkably painless, and Allison's communication for paperwork, logistics, and necessary scans made everything even more seamless. The hospital experience was top-notch as well; I arrived at 1 pm and was in a room ready for the operation by 1:05. The entire procedure lasted less than an hour, and it was clear that the team had it down to a science, much like a NASCAR pit crew. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I am grateful for Dr. Belcaster and his team's expertise and care.

It took a long time to get in to see the doctor. Once seen he is doing everything he can do to help me,his efforts are appreciated!

One of the nicest doctors I have ever encountered. We had a great consultation and he got me admitted immediately for a colonoscopy. Really enjoyed our conversation! Great bedside manner.

Although my issues were not resolved he took care of me through out my procedure and nothing bad showed up at the hospital when I was under his care. Tony is a great nurse. I wish I had more answers to my problem but he did what he could so thank you.

If you want to pay to listen to jokes that’s dr belcaster but he won’t even try to figure out what’s wrong worst doctor.

Very Professional and great care

Took months to get to see him when i did, i had to diagnose myself with h pylori, literally made the doc check me for it even though he insisted i didn't have it and i tested positive. Now symtoms are back and he again insists i don't have it,he did the inaccurate stool test because this came on the night before the appointnent and the bacteria hadn't had a chance to get through my system, i would've rather him done a breath test that's more accurate. But any way still waiting on the results

I am an established patient of Mr Belcaster. Nov 2017 I was taken to Lourdes ER in critical condition. I was bleeding severely gastrically. The ER called this man. He was in hospital, but since he was not on call, he refused to see me. I ended up needing 5 ynits of blood and 5 day hospital stay. No other Lourdes gastro.. Nine days ago, same situation. Lourdes finally had me go to Trios to get care as Belcaster refused again. Eight days in hospital but only 2 units of blood. Never

Dr B is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He's smart and funny and knows what he is doing. He's the perfect example of a really great doctor, one you hope you get but rarely do. He's awesome. I had no fears in undergoing the procedure due to his obvious capability. I HIGHLY recommend him to others and will tell my entire family to use his services.

Never got to see Dr. Wasted weeks of my time. Bad administrative support. Terrible customer service. Incompetence & lack of concern for patient. Scheduled appt. It was several weeks out due to backlog. They then moved my appt. to a later date. They then got confused and tried to reschedule again. After arriving for my appt. on the new date, I was informed that they had cancelled my appt. because they left a message to confirm the appt. a couple hours earlier on my home phone while I was at work.

I hate colonoscopies and after the last one I was never having one again. But then I had to go to Dr. Belcaster...Surprise....Great guy! He has the perfect personality for this job. I felt comfortable from the time I met him until the procedure was over. No pain! I was treated royally by all at Lourdes!
