I never realized how heavy my left leg was until after my procedure.

Dr. Rosenberg performed VNUS closure on both of my legs. I immediately felt relief from the pain of varicose veins I developed during my pregnancies and some cosmetic improvement, as well. Dr. Rosenberg took his time explaining every step of the procedure to me before and after surgery, and had a thorough post-op consultation to discuss my results and next steps. His assistant, Rashina, was also wonderful during both of my procedures; her easygoing demeanor kept me calm and assured. Thank you!

Dr. Rosenberg and his staff are top notch! I always had really bad varicosities in both my right and left leg. Dr. Rosenberg and his staff assessed the situation and fully explained what needed to be done. The day of the procedure went very smooth and almost painless. Weeks later the results were a dramatic improvement, with constant compliments from family and friends. My legs not only look better but don't feel tired and swollen at the end of the day anymore.

Amazing from start to finish. Debbie was great at helping me achieve what I was looking for, and has a very good eye for symmetry. Taylor, and the other staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Office setting is quiet and comfortable. Would recommend highly!

My experience with the procedures that have been done have been painless with expedient recovery. I have been impressed with the entire staff and Dr. Rosenberg's services and care. I came in to CVL for treatments on my legs for spider veins. The team here at Capitol Frederick has been so helpful and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. The results were better than I expected and I'm looking forward to even more improvements in the appearance of my legs after my follow-up treatment for spider vein closure. I can't say enough good things about the people here. Everyone has been so friendly and professional and the results are great!

I am thrilled with the results of my initial IPL treatment! My complexion improved immediately! Just had my follow up and I am so excited to see the final results. I also tried my first Botox treatment for my furrowed brow and look forward to those results as well. Debbie is amazing, she really knows her stuff! Using this office was a wonderful experience. Anyone who is having any issues with their veins should definitely consider The Capitol Vein and Laser Centers. The results were great and the Staff and Dr. Rosenberg were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend anyone with vein problems to consider this group.

My experience(s) at Capitol Vein & Laser Center in Frederick has been defined by Debbie Hoffner, the Aesthetic Nurse Specialist whom I have been seeing for more than 2 years. I've had varicose veins for years and I am so glad I had them treated. The procedures are virtually painless, other than a slight pinch from the needle. My legs look so much better and feel great. I am really happy with how easy the procedures and recovery have been.

I can't believe how much pain I was in before I had my closures, I literally feel like I have been given a second chance with living an active life again. Everyone here was helpful, informative, and treated me with dignity and respect. I was unsure about spending money on seemingly cosmetic treatment, but my experience has been so rewarding. To feel like I don't need to hide my legs anymore is not something I could really put a price on!

I have had several different procedures done by Dr. Rosenberg. He has closed several veins and removed several. The results have all been positive. I have also had my spider veins treated with great results. My legs feel 100% better.

The office is very clean and all employees are very warm. My experience at this office was more than great. I saw Dr. Garth, and may I say he is very knowledgeable and honest. Also, Mrs. Hoffner, who did all of my procedures, is also very kind and knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain everything that is going on in the most friendly way possible. She truly knows what she is doing. I will definitely be coming here and referring you to others for a long time.

Dr. Rosenberg is an excellent doctor. He has taken care of me since the birth of my first daughter 6 years ago. I Developed varicose veins after having her and he has done all the procedures to heal my legs of the pain and discomfort I was having. When I first meet Dr. Rosenberg I could not walk without pain in my right leg,it felt as If I was dragging my leg. after my venious closure I have noticed less pain and I do not feel like I drag my leg. I wish I had this done many years ago. I look forward to summer and wearing shorts again.

Wonderful experience...Dr. Rosenberg is very thorough and easy to understand - my procedures went smoothly and he explained what he was doing every step of the way. The staff at Capital Vein and Laser in Winchester, VA are very professional and helpful. There was little pain or down time with my venous procedures. I am amazed with the results!

Dr. Rosenberg & the whole staff at Capitol Vein & Laser Center are wonderful, friendly & professional individuals. My varicose veins were treated & I already feel so much better. Before the procedure, I was experiencing leg pain & pressure. The pain & pressure have dissipated & the bulging veins are gone! :-) I feel well taken care of & the staff made the experience as pleasurable as one can have getting one's varicose veins treated! :-)

Dr. Rosenberg is amazing ! He totally transformed my ugly legs and gave me such peace as he was doing it. The whole office is friendly and informative. Before and after pics are really great and I have energy in my legs where before they would just ache and keep me from doing the things that I love.

Dr. Rosenberg describes procedures in a very clear manner that ordinary people can understand. He always explains what is necessary and if a procedure is needed, he explains both the procedure and the recovery process. In addition, his manner is warm and caring. If you need a vascular surgeon, Dr. Rosenberg is extremely knowledgeable and his whole office is well organized and friendly. This is a great place to go for your vascular needs!
