Next time let your patients know that you won’t see them for whatever reason instead of bringing them to your office just to send them back. Wasted my time and money for the ride I took to come here.

Highly recommended! Can honestly say the only dentist I ever saw and felt a difference in my teeth with every visit since coming in January (compared to my last dentist I was with for 10 years.) Great staff! They are straight to the point, professional, and warm welcoming! Also a great location in Downtown, Pittsburgh.

Dr Garry Bloch and his team are in my experience the best periodontics team in Moon Township PA and surrounding areas.

Had a concern about a recent visit. Spoke with office manager Chris, who was very unemphatic. Instead of listening and trying to address my concerns she merely said, if you are not happy with your treatment, maybe this practice isn't for you. I was shocked! I left a message for Dr. Bloch to express my concern and he did not return my call. Will never return to this practice!!

This was my second graft, and it was overall a good experience. I felt that Dr. Bloch was genuinely concerned with doing the work correctly. I was told my graft was pretty extensive but so far so good!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Block's office with a tooth extraction and implant. The whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly, and I felt very welcome each time I visited.

Overall, the quality service from Dr. Bloch, Andrea and staff were magnificent. Scheduling was very flexible and convenient, as well as payment options. The various office locations makes it easy for families depending upon where they reside. A great quality was the brightness and cleanliness of the offices, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I had 2 procedures done, and they were successful. I was being monitored yearly about a deteriorating area in my mouth. 1 year ago, Dr. Bloch said there was no rush to repair anything. A year later I spent $225 on an X-ray and was told that he’d fix the problem in January. He seemed very confident. Well, he decided that there was too much bone loss. Did he call me? Nope! This was the 5th Periodontist I've been to in my life. I'm 37. The first 3 were in Florida, where I grew up. All 4 permanent canines extracted, 4 wisdom teeth extracted, gum graft. In Pittsburgh: another gum graft, and then the joy of having a loose tooth that unfortunately ended me up in this office at the mercy of this terrible 'doctor.' He was very friendly, professional and after examining me explained that I would need to return to my regular dentist for a root canal—the cause of my pain. Got periodontal surgery here and there were no complications. Went as smooth as can possibly imagine with getting a graft from the roof of your mouth and stitching it to your gums. Dr. Bloch and staff were great.

From the initial consult, Dr. Bloch performed two separate gum grafts on me since performing them both at once would leave me with two bad sides in my mouth while the graft healed. Working in professional services I am generally very observant with respect to others providing professional services and I can honestly say that I struggled to find where Dr. Bloch and his staff could improve. I had no complications with my procedures and I found the explanations regarding the post-op care to be very clear and easy to follow. Follow up appointments were also quick. Every effort was made to insure that the procedures were as painless as possible. My questions were always promptly addressed and I was treated with respect throughout the process.
