My husband and I have been patients of Dr.Galina Vayner for many years. She is very knowledgeable. She practically helped me with heavy bronchospasm. Dr. Vayner is professional doctor, who diagnosed my husband's serious health problem quickly and got him right treatment. She listens to you, communicates well and is an excellent diagnostician. More then 20 years I was patient of Dr. Vyner lI was trying all this time to close my eyes on rudeness of most employees I am 67 years old sick woman and they was reprimanding me for changing my appointment or being sick I had to take my husband from rehabilitation center and couldn’t make appointment to them . They was attacking me like a pack of dogs if I already was coming there I really didn’t feel good I was driving for one hour to get there and that’s what I got. I was so upset that I took a fall on the floor and they call ambulance and send me to the hospital after that I called them and they was not answering my calls until I made a telephone call three-way with my daughter so they didn’t know her collar ID and they was rude again and wanted me to call Cigna to find out about medication and I said no let my doctor do her job. In 15 minutes my insulin was in Kroger‘s pharmacy apparently they can do it if they want it I think Dr. Vyners she’s just getting older and she forgets things and maybe not checking her patients documentation before appointment and that was bothering me and I told her that and of course I became an enemy very unprofessional all around I do not recommend to anybody go there because they already have too many customers patients remember what’s wrong with them and they don’t have a time to check charts and my poor husband he didn’t get any kind of assistance he was annoyance to them because poor guy wanted physiotherapyHe got epilepsy and neuropathy and his legs Muscles got atrophy and muscle loss and Dr. Vayner did not want to give him physiotherapy like she was paying from her own pocket I don’t even understand it because every other doctor told that he needed because I was home he was already crawling instead of walking if you think that’s kind of doctor is for you it’s your choice but I pray to God that you will make a right decision for you and your family sincerely. I have been going to Dr. Galina Vayner for many many years and have dealt with a lot of mistreatment and my family has begged me to find a new doctor but I have always tried to remain loyal hoping that something would change but the abuse and mistreatment has gone on for far too long. Where do I even start! Dr. Vayner didn’t know I had a full hysterectomy and her excuse was she has too many patients to keep up with everyone. But that’s not a good reason when you have the the medical history chart right in front of you that you can either review before or with your patient. She also forgot and doesn’t remember that I have a blood clot! Probably something you want to remember about your patient. Maybe it’s a good idea to read the medical history charts on your patients before seeing them! On one occasion I had to cancel an appointment to a later date and they had the nerve to call me lazy because I needed to change my appointment! Lazy! Telling me that I was too lazy to drive and that’s why they felt I was changing the date. What kind of doctors office and receptionists reprimand a patient for changing the date of their appointment? Not only reprimand but rudely accuse me of being lazy. If anything I was giving the common decency and respect of letting them know ahead of time I couldn’t make it on that date. My husband was also a longtime patient of Dr. Galina Vayner and he was also mistreated and neglected treatment. Let’s start with the fact that he needed physical therapy because he was on the verge of not being able to walk due in part to neuropathy and and Dr. Galina denied a referral for physical therapy leading him to become so weak that he was basically unable to walk. Later he had gallbladder issue and had to be rushed to the hospital and was discharged to rehabilitation center where they recommend he have physical therapy at home 5 times a weeks, Dr Galina Vayner still denied him a referral for physical therapy! Then when my husband went in to get his gallbladder evaluated by Dr Galina Vayner they did nothing to evaluate it, did not ask any questions or look at his stomach where a surgery was made to removed it. My husband and I also had a physical exam with Dr Galina Vayner and they did nothing besides check blood and urine. Not even a EKG when I have a history of heart issues. Dr. Galina Vayners office also has caller ID so anytime I call needing anything such as an insulin refill or change of insulin they know that I am calling and they ignore my calls and also ingnore my husband calls. I had to have a family member call on three-way just to get them to answer and help me to get a very important life or death medicine changed so I could get my insulin prescription and be able to pick it up. This should be against the law that they are evading their patients when they have important life threatening needs! They act like I’m such a bother when I would only call when something was very important such as medicine refills or making appointments. There’s so many other unprofessional instances that have happened that I could go on for days about what they have done. Emotionally and physically they have made me sick and very upset and depressed losing sleep from the horrible treatment from my very own doctor and office employees. It should be a safe place of care and professionalism but is grossly far from it! This office as a whole is very unprofessional and they do not have their patient’s best interest at heart. Verbally abusing their patients calling them names and neglecting to give proper care and purposely ingnoring their patients is absolutely unacceptable. If you’re looking for a doctors office please look elsewhere where people are actually caring and have your best interest. I have been a patient of Dr. Vayner since 2009, having chosen her originally because her office was very close to my home. Now, l willingly drive 60 miles to see her, since we each moved and in opposite directions. Dr. Vayner is a brilliant physician, and her staff is well educated and equally as professional in carrying out their professional responsibilities. There is really no kind of testing that needs to be done which cannot be done on premises. The only negative thing l can say is that the doctor and her staff do not know how to say NO, and, consequently, she has a continual flow of new patients that, if it doesn’t slow, will overwhelm the ability of the practice to support the patients it already has. Overall, l love this physician, l trust her implicitly, and l am well satisfied with the treatment and care l have received from her over the past 12 years. I like Galina Vayner. She is very nice, soft, caring, and listenning to my issues. She did everything that I expected. She was very patient with me and I liked it. Highly recommended.

Terrible environment, extremely rude staff the only upside is they speak Russian which is the only reason my father goes there, if you have ANY other choice and I mean ANY other choice please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where you will be treated like you live in 2019 not in the Soviet Union .

Galina Vayner has been my primary care physician for 7 years. I like her very much. She is professional, smart, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. The staff in her clinic is great - welcoming, responsive and polite.

It might take some time to wait, but that is because she has a lot of visitors. She is very understanding, listens, explains, and most importantly doesn't waive you off as many doctors do, she will help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vayner's for about 10 years, and I have the utmost respect for her as a doctor! She tops the list of my life experience with doctors, as my No. 1 Go To person!!! Interestingly, I have needed her this week and am getting a "disconnected" message at her number, and would greatly appreciate it if someone could let me know where and how she is!! Thank you!!!
