She had a sense of urgency about what I was going through. She is solution oriented.

The worst doctor I have ever seen !! After 14 years she still has left a horrible memory of delivering my first child !! Told me I was “a large woman” among several other things. She yelled at me, and was awful !! Pick someone else!!

Gail Brown, MD is a great physician. She has always given me the care that I needed. She is very polite and takes time to really listen. I am 52 years old and have several different problems of the years. I referred my 24 year old daughter to her, if I was not 100% satisfied I would have helped her find another doctor.

The on-call doctor never returned my calls. Even when I wound up in the ER, the on-call doctor never called the emergency room doctors. I had surgery 2 days ago, and I cannot be released from the ER without Dr Brown, or her on-call doctor giving the all clear. I'd settle for just a returned call.

She is friendly, but seems to never really be listening and rushes through the appointments. Whenever I've had a concern, she blows it off like it's nothing to be worried about. She isn't thorough on explanations. I'm in the works of searching for a new doctor.

Completely oblivious to my health issue.
