Omg two words Ghetto and the employees as well. Never again. I don't recommend to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Dassa wasnt bad at all other than waiting for hours and hours but I dont think that's his fault the way the office is ran is really unprofessional and ghetto. The staff as far as the receptionist are the most unprofessional that I have ever encountered, they literally wont even lift their heads to assist you they leave u standing until you have awkwardly just start talking. I would never recommend!

Horrible experience in Poughkeepsie office. Waited over 2 hours. The most inefficient and inept office I’ve ever experienced. No compassion. No concern at all. Crowded waiting room - they sent people out to their cars to wait or made them stand outside on the street. Took people out of turn based on how loudly they complained. Best advice - look elsewhere for medical care.

Doctor assistances that he have working vivian very unprofessional rude and disrespectful. I really had to ask i is she hood chick Because of her unprofessional .need more training and how to deal with people... Its a big turn off

So all I have to say is the staff is very unprofessional. I arrived at my appointment and I was unable to see Dr Dassa who did my surgery. The person I saw asked me why do I have crutches. I informed him they gave them to me after the surgery, which was on my right ankle. So the gentleman goes on to tell me I had major repairs done to my shoulder and I shouldn't be here. It takes 2 1/2 weeks after the surgery. I inform him I had surgery on my ankle a week ago and made an appt to have my stitches out. He ask me was i sure. So now that was done. I complain at the front desk and she tells me it was a mistake. I inform her everytime I come here there's always something. She tells me togo see another doctor. Save your time a find somewhere else to go. You will wait 2 hours past the time of your appt on a regular basis. The staff is not considerate. I came here for convenience. Please save your time and find somewhere else to go. I wish I never came to this office .If you have an appt it doesn't matter. I always chose the first appt at 9:00 am and sometime have to wait two hours before being seen. Today I have an appt at 1:30 and it is now 2:30. People are being called who I am here before. The staff appears to have a I don't care attitude .It is to late for me I have a workers compensation case and will soon have surgery .If I ever need another workers compensation doctor I will find another. Very professional doctor. Very polite and caring physician. It is very pleasant to talk to him. I highly recommend coming to this doctor.

This is one of the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. They over book and consistently I wait at lease two hour pass what ever time my appointment is. Dr. Dassa performed surgery on my left knee and did a great job. I'm still in the healing process. His staff at his Clifton, N.J office are AWESOME! Especially Kassandra, she's very helpful, polite and very fast with completing paperwork.

Rude , Nasty, Arrogant , Un interested in patient,, just turn the patients over and out the door like an assembly line. Waited 2 hours to see him and he examined me in literally 2 minutes and never heard a word I said. Run the other way!!

The best orthopedic surgeon in the Bronx. Almost a year ago I saw Dr Dassa for my injured knee, he performed surgery and ever since I feel great Thanks Dr Dassa!!!

I love Dr.Dassa I'm a current patient he is a fabulous Doctor he right on point with his diagnosis.He is very responsible and respectful,He's kind and patience with his clients.I would recommend him to everyone I know
