Had our son, who is autistic seen by Dr. Carpo. Dr. Carpo is very perceptive, as a physician, in recognizing what a child needs. He’s able to apprehend parents concerns, and child’s apprehensiveness, expediently, in spite of the hassles & stress of lives, and the myriad of activities in clinic. Over the course of our son’s visits to different physicians, Dr. Carpo is one of the best, and the way our son is at east in his presence is a strong testament. Not even worthy of 1 start. At first I was super excited about this place. (Im not sure where I had first heard great things about them) When my kids and I got there for there appointment the waiting room was so packed we couldn't even get a seat for awhile, which isn't a big deal until we were waiting for longer then an hr to be seen. Once we did get called back they took us to what I guess is the nurses office, when we were done with him... they put us in another waiting room. Then they finally called us to see the Dr. but then they gave me another surprise. When I first called to make the appointment I was told we were going to be seen by Dr. Carpo. once we were in the room we were seen by another Dr. (I don't remember her name, I wouldn't have minded it but a little heads up would have been nice) She was short on all the questions I had, which made me feel like she really didn't care about my concerns, and more focused on get everything done quickly. When she was done my son still needed to get shots, so they made us wait again in the 2nd waiting room. Finally done with our appointment I couldn't believe we spent more than 3hrs there. Horrible!!! Takes forever to be seen and when you are seen they rush you through the appointment they don't even listen to what your concerns are! They pretty much sent you away with everything's okay but you know it's not and they take test and say they'll call you in 5 F*****days it's been 2 weeks and they still haven't called me for my daughter's results so I ended up taking her to the ER one day after I took her to this appointment! Everytime I go there it takes hours to be seen ... And everytime I need an appointment they are full !! It sucks they take their sweet time

I love going to dr.carpo but the amount af people they schedule a day is just crazy ! I had an appointment at 8am didn't leave until almost 1pm. And it's not just that day it's everytime I go there!
