Staff here is very professional and helpful. They greet you with a smile and positive attitude. They keep the office clean and organized. I love getting my 6 month cleaning and I call it a "spa for my teeth" because it always feels great after it's all cleaned. My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years now. Dr. Tafalla and his staff are always so warm and friendly, they treat us like family! He’s honest, gives you different options as far as treatment goes, and always does a great job! Whenever we had to reschedule an appointment, and there have been MULTIPLE times that we’ve had to, they’ve always been sooo understanding and accommodating. THANK GOODNESS Michelle or Susain gives us that ‘reminder call’ the day before the scheduled appointment! We’re Happy Clients of Dr. Tafalla! He's gentle and personable, very honest and down to earth. He treats us like family... when my son had an emergency, he could easily have referred us to another Dentist but he did what he could then his staff assisted us with making an appointment to a specialist soon after.
