Dr menghini explained play by play as he was extracting the tooth. Zero pain level and even taking out the roots of tooth was smoothly done. I admit I was scared to death but the entire procedure wa explained in full before and all questions answered thoroughly. What a relief to find an experienced oral surgeon in the area.
