Bad service, no follow-up, and she forgot to enter my referral to see a specialist. When I returned to the office to get a referral, I was referred to an office completely unrelated to my medical issue due to a careless error by her staff. I literally suffered longer and didn't receive adequate care due to their incompetence. AVOID!

I had excellent, informative, yet friendly service from Dr. Fredisia Francis. She left the SMMG corporation in Greenbelt last year and I was assigned another doctor who is bossy and making many demands of me. I will probably follow Dr. Francis to her new office in Laurel even though that's quite further to drive. Note that any reviews before this year that complain about scheduling and office organization are complaints about the SMMG office, which Dr. Francis has left. Many corporations like SMMG that run doctors' offices over-schedule the doctors because they are trying to maximize revenues. Scheduling problems in offices like that are rarely the doctor's fault. I just called to cancel my appointment and the young lady who answered the phone sounded very dry and unwelcoming to speak to, she didn’t even offer to ask if I would like to reschedule my appointment, I felt rushed off the phone. Me being someone who works in the medical field we like to make sure we can accommodate the patients and that they feel welcomed and as comfortable as possible. I received none of that. The phone introduction and the front desk when you come to an office to me are always part of the first impression of any facility you go to. I have been going to Dr. Francis for 18 years, Dr. Francis is a wonderful Doctor.. caring, answers your questions, takes her time and treats you with respect, not come in ok you are done next!!.. no of that, Dr. F.Francis is a true Doctor. Some times she gets behind, but I don’t mind because I know she is going to give me just as much of her wonderful care as she has done others in front of me. Dr. Francis is always busy mainly because everyone has chosen her as there Doctor!!

Been waiting for Dr. Francis over an hour.Appointment at 3 it’s 3:10.This is not the first time. Poor customer service

Here at the Primary Care office at 7500 Greenway Center are 1200. On my reminder, i was informed to arrive 30 mins ahead. I arrived at 8:36am for a 9:00am appt...and still waiting it's 9:35 now. No one has come to address me to explain anything... I'm soooo disappointed!!! I was so looking forward to returning to see this doctor again. Very knowledgeable doctor and definitely makes sure to check for anything of concern - but it’s unacceptable to have a patient waiting for almost two hours. My appointment was at 3:20pm. My appointment lasted 10 mins and I didn’t leave until 5:10pm. The only reason I stayed was because I had to get a form filled out by my job to continue getting my health insurance covered. Dr. Francis is an excellent doctor. Knowlegible and frienfly. Good listener. Staff is nice and there is no waiting time. TIM KELBAUGH
