Fredrick wasn’t being helpful, I am a patient of his and I have been wearing glasses for 40 plus years. My past eye doctor signed my sunscreen state application with zero issues. Fredrick made a major fuss about it and wouldn’t sign it. Like really buddy? What skin is of your back to just sign the paperwork I do have problems with my eyes and the sunlight effects me. I give you zero stars if I could! And I thought you were a good guy! Get off your high horse and be a regular guy like everyone else! Plus this is Costco! What about the customer service!!!! Shame on you!!!!!! Regards Jerry Naimoli
