I came to dr work office for a tummy tuck and Liposuction. Due to medical issues was was unable to get the Procedure done I already paid 16000 and was suppose to get a refund since my dr didn’t clear me….The office refused to give my money back and won’t take my calls… I have called every day and no one from management has reach out it been 7 weeks and I still have not got any resolution no one will tell me when my money will be issues back to me this practice is a joke I don’t recommend any one to go there their. Something told me finally Google to see reviews on Dr Works, so glad I did. I know now I'm not crazy & some is not right after reading what others are saying happened to them. Our stories are simila. Tummy Tuck 2014/2015. Stayed numb for 4/5 years, scar that is ugly, just not right inside & out, weird feelings sometimes I have to stop. 2014/5. Even had to go back for a repair. I just felt like maybe some just go this way, I think he scared me and something just not right. Anybody doing something on this??? BOTCHED!!! Do not use this Dr. I chose him because I thought he heard me. We agreed on a maximum CC and it is written on my card. I woke up. One was 25 cc's bigger than the maximum we agreed and one was 75 cc's bigger. They were so uneven. I went in for him to correct the size and make them the same size. The day before, he decided the problem was scar tissue, even though I had no symptoms to show that. He went in and removed what he decided was scar tissue (I just wanted them even). He collapsed my natural breast pocket and the middle separation and now they are completely botched. The worst part, my follow up, he opened my gown and said "looks great!". He's always more worried about all the students he has following him around. I said "really?" Then he noticed what I was referring to. His response, "the only thing I am going to do is go in and make them the same size". Would not solve the problem. Dr.Work did a skin graft on my leg because the wound I had from an accident wouldn't heal. The skin graft healed without any issue. This was a year and a half ago and you can't hardly notice it now. He did a fine job in my case.

I had lip filler put around my nose to fill in my nasal cavity and in my lips I told these guy I worked at Publix distribution in the freezer 30- below!! The stuff they used starts to freeze my lips and around me nose starts burning I am scared of freezer burn in my face. I call Heather one of the nurses praction calls me saying it will cost to have them desolved !! My mom went to him to get a Hernia repair and was hospitalized days after due to MALPRACTICE! She was in ICU for months and developed dozens of conditions due it the whole endeavor such as not being able to WALK , kidney disease, (had to go on dialysis in result), ruptured lower intestine and so much more. My mother’s and my family’s life was changed forever he knows it. This is not a post to insight defamation but telling to truth. If your doctor refers you to him, PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND LOOK AT OTHER OPTIONS. Do not see Dr. Work. It baffles me to know that he is still licensed and has messed up so many lives of good people, let alone my family. Families will never be the same from losing loved ones mentally, physically and emotionally.. All I ask is that if you're seeing this, please think twice before going to his office. Save yourself the time and research other surgeons before risking your life. Some of these websites' 4.5 star reviews also appear to be rigged and it doesn't add up at all.. Look at some of the 1 star reviews below. These are real people with real experiences and they are telling the truth. I’ve had a total of 6 procedures done by Dr. Work and I’m overly satisfied. Love his bedside matter and customer service. His staff is awesome !

In 2003 my husband came to you for a work related burn to his right hand. He was on worker's compensation insurance, and was drug-free. However, you prescribed him Oxycontin 80 mg for 11 months during the surgeries, then took him off cold turkey when the insurance ended. He became an opiate addict. He almost killed me and our young children, and we had to flee to a domestic violence shelter. He eventually committed suicide when he could get no help... leaving me as a 30 yr old widow with 3 kids. I sincerely hope you have changed your views on prescribing opiates. Worse experience ever had surgery in in 2006 . He forgot to do certain areas he had outlined . Tummy tuck incision opened back up 2 days later. They did nothing after I reported It they said self heal. It healed badly let’s just say botched job . On top of that my stomach is still numb 12 years later no feeling in my lower or upper abdomen. **Update December 19, 2018** Following a series of overbookings I was contacted by the office manager, Alex. He expressed sincere remorse for the problems I had experienced and rescheduled my follow up. At the follow up Alex greeted me warmly and the wait was non existent. I was seen promptly by Dr. Work and his team who again, did great work. With the kinks with the wait and scheduling concerns worked out I have nothing but praise and am *so* thankful for my results. *Update 11/27* I maintain that Dr. Work’s work is impeccable. However the office is so poorly run that I will be continuing my post op treatment elsewhere. I have had three scheduled post op visits and have spent a collective seven hours at the office following my procedure. The last appointment I received a call from the office asking me to reschedule as they had overbooked. I rescheduled, showed up for my appointment and waited over an hour. I had to leave without even being called back. They didn’t validate parking or anything. Jasmine, the office manager, was abrupt and made excuses without apology for poor scheduling. One emergency—okay. But every appointment should not last two+ hours. I have to now go to urgent care to have a stitch removed since I wasted an hour driving to a doctor’s office without being able to see the doctor. There are other practices. Dr. Work and his staff was great! I had a Full Tummy Tuck on May 29, 2018! I wish I could show you all my before and after pictures! It was a different person! My recovery was great and on schedule! I look like a different person! This doctor gets 10 starts! My family and I am soooo please with the way I look! I have referred him to a couple of my friends! Dr. Work is great. The office is terrible. You will wait about two hours. You will see a number of medical students and will at some point be asked to reschedule an appointment due to overbooking. You will be frustrated and will end up going to another practice.

Kay, the woman who gives prices is rude and not caring, I actually like Dr. works however don't care for his staff. I waited about 4 hours before having my procedure done. I was told to be there at a particular time to only wait 4 hours before they even prep me.

I went in for a consultation. I was on time and waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half. I went to the back and waiting an additional hour and still did not see the doctor. I wish I could give no stars. These people are scam artist. I came in the 1st time for breast implants, I gave Dr. Work aka no work a picture of what I wanted my breast to look like as he requested. I asked him what it would take to look like the picture. He told me all I needed was a high profile implant. So we moved forward with the procedure. Long story short one implant never dropped because he did not cut low enough. Soooo I had an extremely high breast and one that looked natural. I came into his office and expressed my concerns he told me that I needed a capsulotomy and that would cost me more money. I asked why didn't my breast look like the picture that I gave him he tells me he like them better because they look natural.... I didn't ask for that. Now he says "well I can't make them look the picture because you need a lift and a bigger implant"....I asked him what was needed before I agreed to the procedure. So, now it's time for a quote I was given 3 different quotes and when I brought it to Kecha Batista and the Doctors attention, of course they tried to go with the highest quote. After arguing about the price we found a point that they were satisfied with charging me (I'm not happy because I have to pay for their mistakes). I forgot to mention that I live in Houston, Tx (so there is travel involved)...so, now I'm here for surgery the nurse doesn't call in any muscle relaxers (but they are cutting through muscle) she said it's optional but she didn't give me an option. it's the Monday before the surgery (surgery is Tuesday) and no one has given me a time for surgery. I arrived at this office at 9:30; because it’s a 2 hour drive for me to get here. They don’t validate your parking. I was called to the back around 10:45 am. The young lady took the pictures and measurements. Then I’m sitting waiting on Dr Burrows, which I didn’t see because I left after having been here for 4 hours and having to pay 12.00 for parking. There are too many students at this practice standing around chatting and not doing work or even checking on the patients. Around 5:45 Dr Works phones me and apologize for the delay. There’s no excuse to be in a doctor office for 4 hours to do a consult. You all needs to do better. And I would like a refund for my parking. Because this was a wasted trip. Nevertheless today I received a email stating they contacted my insurance company and I like why? I didn’t ask for you all to contact my insurance company. Dr.work is excellent!! Had breast augmentation two days ago and they look amazing!!he listened to my concerns and what I wanted his staff is extremely nice.

He did my moms implants 10 years ago and they still look great!!! So great that i’m going to schedule a consultation to get mine done I’m so excited and I can’t wait!!!!

From day one the staff at Dr. Works office have been nothing but absolutely kind. There is nothing but smiles from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. They became my little family. I find Dr. Works and staff very attentive And interactive with patients. From my first visit to last , I was provided with specifics of my procedure then educated on surgical expectations during and after surgery. Staff goes out of their way making you feel comfortable. A plus when undergoing any surgery, but particularly one of elective nature. Front desk staff also knowledgeable and equipped to answer most questions. Highly recommend Atlanta Center of Breast & Aesthetic Surgery!

This is my second procedure with Dr. Work. Once in 2012, and one in Feb of 2018. I wanted a scar removed from my lip, due to a fall. The entire experience was seamless . I look like I never had the injury, and can't stop smiling. I didn't know how much it impacted me until it was gone. Perfection

I had a rhinoplasty and breast reduction. excellent results! The process of post operation takes time so plan ahead. staff and Dr. Work and Nurse Barbara are caring plus trustworthy!

Dr. Work was incredible. His bedside manor is impeccable, and my husband says his hands should be bronzed! He has made my body look li,e I am 21 again! I definitely recommend him to anyone seeking to be the best you that you can be!!!!

It's been a full year and I am still so happy with my mommy makeover. Dr. Works listened to my concerns and took time to explain exactly what I should expect. I would definitely recommend him. I even called on the weekend and Dr. Works returned my call personally.

I came in for a consultation the staff was very thorough and friendly. After my procedure i was blown away by my results and everyone at Atlcbas was there for me and I felt like family. Dr Work is AMAZING and so is his staff. Love love love this place.

Went to this Dr. Work and he was on a TV screen not in person. Found it odd and was told it was because he was between cases! Before my surgery I NEVER got to speak directly with him to discuss the plan. I woke up from surgery and found he did not complete all of the work I wanted. Crooked scar. I have trouble anesthesia and could only do the one surgery. I developed an infection and he REFUSED to see me until I said I was going to report him. Rude staff. Too many students. NEVER AGAIN!

My mother's surgery was done November 2015, now here we are May 2017 with this same issue. They seemed to be the most caring people ever, until after your surgery is half way done. Thats when they start ignoring you! I am so frustrated I just dont know where to turn. I spoke to my insurance company who told me that both of the surgeries should have been had a pre-approved at the same time!!!
