New patient. I made my appointment with enough time for this practice to let me know they didn't take my insurance. I received multiple request confirmations through text and email, even one business day before it. Two before my appointment I received a phone call from a number I didn't know, and never let a message (I don't trust a the number if they don't leave a message, I have seen people being scammed). So, the day of my appointment (Monday), the receptionist, said that she was sorry and they were trying to call me, because they couldn't take my insurance, they couldn't see me. Just like that.

Always friendly staff and dr Robert took time to answer my question and remove the mole see you all in 6 months ????

Would never go back here. The receptionist was very rude. The Doctor literally injected me with a numbing compound to remove a growth and immediately removed it after injection. It had less than 5 sec to numb. Was horrible.

Been seeing Doctor Roberts for years, even when I lost private insurance, he still took mine and let me come see him. He's a stand up guy and a fine dermatologist. The staff and the lady who answers calls are always pleasant. The doctor was friendly and did not rush me in any way. It was my first visit and I am very happy with the service I received. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Refused to treat my problem, should have left the office right then. Didn't spend hardly any time at all checking anything else. Total waste of time and money.

Never felt more dismissed and rushed at a doctor's office. Told me I was wrong several times while I was describing my symptoms. Thankfully found another doctor in the area that actually took time to listen and did tests to find the actual cause of my condition rather than throw the easiest answer on the diagnosis. I suffered with plaque psoriasis for a year before I finally found Dr. Roberts. Under his care I began to see results within 3 weeks. He monitored my progress closely making adjustments as he deemed fit. I never spend more than ten minutes in the waiting room before I am called on. His office staff is just as dedicated as Dr Roberts. Professional and results driven! I recommend Dr Roberts every time an opportunity presents itself as I am placque free and am so pleased! Dr. Roberts is an Excellent Doctor. I seen him more then a dozen times and have always be satisfied.

The doctor doesn't care. Skips over questions you want to ask him. He also didn't sew me up with enough stitches after taking more of from a mole. I will not go see him again.

This is my first time going to the dermatologist and I couldn't be happier. Dr Roberts is seriously so nice and personable. This office also has an Esthetician on staff and she is AMAZING! Try the hydra facial it is worth it!
