Horrible experience. Medical assistant was very rude. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment and still waited another 45 minutes. I was their last appointment and all lights were off, they were ready to go home. Dr. Niegos asked me why I was there, explained how my PCP sent me because my diabetes is getting worse and I'm extremely tired. He said it was up to me, I had to fix it! He never looked at his computer for my file. He said that to me and I explained if that was true,, and I could fix my own diabetes, then I would not need insulin and other meds or see any doctors. Dr. Niegos never looked at my blood work or medical history until I told him he should. He was telling me to continue doing what my PCP told me. I asked him, "Why am I here? My PCP made me come here because my diabetes is out of control and PCP felt I might need an insulin pump." Dr. Niegos was useless for my diabetes. I would have had better results from a walk-in clinic. I would never recommend any diabetic to see him.
