I gave 3 stars ONLY because Dr Barks is a great dr. If I was rating the office help it would be NONE. I had left messages to cancel a couple time because its so hard to get people on the phone. They said they never got the messages and now refuse to see me. even AS a patient before this you can leave messages to be seen and they wont call you for days. I hate to leave a bad review because I always thought the world of doc, but after being a patient for almost 15 years to get this treatment, I will be happy to go somewhere else if I'm not good enough for you. Try checking your messages daily not weekly and making excuses and telling people you have so many of them you cant keep up on callbacks like you did to me. I've even called you 3 time on occasion to CONFIRM you got a cancel and Nope, sorry we never got it. I've sent you at least 20 referrals. I wont bother anymore, you clearly don't need patients

I've gone to Dr Barks for years. He and his staff are incredibly caring. You get a personalized adjustment and I always walk out feeling amazing!

I like Dr Barks, I do not like the woman at the front desk. I was 3 minutes late for my appointment and I was told they may not be able to treat me because my appointment was half over. My appt was only 6 mins long. On top of that, I was charge a deductible that I found out after I don't have

Best chiropractor around, has helped my family for over 16 years. From asthma attacks, sports injuries and even prevented my daughter from needing tubes for chronic ear infections. Can't say enough!!

Dr Barks is a very caring and well educated chiropractor. He puts his heart into his work. I highly recommend him and his staff to everyone. Even if you don't think you need a chiropractor, it is in your best interest to make an appointment. You will not regret it. It is amazing how much better you feel when you are aligned.

Not Dr. Barks fault but i am very upset at the front desk. I arrived 5 min late. He had someone in treatment in my place. So I would have had to wait that 5 minutes anyway. However the girl would not give me that person's spot that Dr Barks was just finishing with. Either i would have had to wait that 5 minutes. She asked to come back another time. NO NO NO many times I have had to wait 5 minutes to see the Dr. It looks like they are too busy as they don't mind loosing patients.

They screen your calls and don't get back to you. Primary care and I are extremely ticked!!

Dr. Barks is great at what he does. He is always kind and works to help his patients understand how he is helping them. He is very knowledgeable in his practice.

not only is dr. Barks a miracle worker when it comes to pain relief but he is very knowledgeable as well. He has a way of making sure the patient is comfortable and informed. I highly recommend dr. Barks.

With Dr.Barks' help I have avoided an inevitable surgery. Very efficient guidance and care. Thank you Dr. Barks!
