I am 38 years old now and Dr Freddy gaton has been my daughter since I was 13 he is taking well care of me and he has a great bedside manner he's an all-around wonderful doctor very compassionate caring and understanding thank you daughter your time for all the time that you have taken up with me when I was sick as a child and growing up!!!¡!

Tripped and fell in the city park. Dr. Gaton saw me and did a thorough check. Very professional, thorough, and courteous. He did what he could as far as treatment (bruised ribs). Very impressed with he and his nurse and staff.

I love my Dr. Gaton ! He has been taking care of me for 17 years . He has the best bed side manner.He will make you better ,if you listen to his advice and he is straight up ,He doesn't sugar coat anything . My husband and I think of him like family ! Yesterday I had to go see him ,cause I was in debilitating pain and he gave me shot and meds and as always today it not as bad . He is good at getting back to you about your blood work ,had blood work yesterday and at 9: 00 this morning He was calling me with the results (Dr. Gaton ) not his staff ! He is the BEST !!!! He is like old school doctors ,He is in contact with his patients about all your health needs. I love nurse Holly ,She is so good at taking blood work and giving shots ,I have never had a bruise from her sticking me with needle. The entire office staff is very caring and professional!

I was used to calling this office & requesting them call me in a ZPak, and I frequent the same symptoms & know how to rid them. However, because I had not been seen in a while, they requested I come in. With my appointment at 11:00, I arrived at 10:55 & signed in. For the first 30 minutes, they tried figuring out why my insurance card wouldn't work, although I was active. They finally gave up and just collected the Copay listed on my card. I wasn't called back to see the doctor until 12:30. I explained my conditions & what I had been self medicating with. He said I had an upper respiratory infection and started quizzing the two students in there, allowing them to investigate my inflammation and state of my throat. After about 10 minutes of them giving him answers that didn't satisfy him, he said he didn't want to give me an antibiotic right off the back. He called on Prednisone & if it didn't work, call him back. I left at 1. I was there over 2 hours. I called back a couple weeks later and stated that after I finished the prescription, the symptoms came back again. They prescribed me Flonase & told me to get OTC Claritin or Zrytec. If OTC medicine was working, I wouldn't have spent over two hours in their office to begin with. Very disappointed and will not return.
