I have had a wonderful experience going to yall for treatment

I had surgery three days ago. Dr Ortmann performed the surgery in a proficient and timely manner. He and his office staff were very professional and friendly. Post operatively,I have had minimal pain not requiring any pain medication after the first day. There is bruising and swelling but I see improvement daily.

Very happy with Dr. Ortmann and his staff!! Very professional and friendly at the front desk as well!! Short wait time in the waiting room and everything moved right along when I went back to a room. Dr. Ortmann is always thorough when I’m in his office whether it’s for my hand, wrist or elbow!! I definitely recommend Dr. Ortmann and this office!!

First time seeing this Dr. He and the staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I’m glad I am a patient.

Dr. Ortmann, was very Kind and knowledgeable to my situation. All the staff was very nice and swift.

He has taken care of my arm and wrist on many occasions. I travel 30 minutes for his care and it is worth every mile. I was 13 the first time I broke my arm and since then he has taken care of 3 other arm, wrist and hand injuries. I golf competitively and he always takes my sport into consideration. He takes great care of me.

Very caring, compassionate, and personal. Took my situation seriously when no one else would.

Very thorough, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable carpel tunnel, he scheduled surgery to fix it in the near future.

All employees work hard to service every patient that’s walks into the office with no hesitation to assist. Dr. Ortman, very knowledgeable and prompt to assist medical necessity need. His Personality, is warm and driving the distant made me even thankful.

Dr. Ortman is my hero, along with all of his Staff @ Emerge-Ortho, And all of the staff @ GSC VERY Professional, very courteous, every one with a smile, warm welcome, and totally efficient staff. Will recommend, Dr. Ortman, all oh his staff, and the wonderful GSC, and all of there staff. From checking in to the recovery room. And the patient, caring, very careful, efficient Nurses that had the "unfortunate"???? job of removing my hand cast. ???????? ???????? WISHING ALL A VERY BLESSED HEALTHY, HAPPY NEW YEAR! ????????????

Dr Ortmann provided excellent service and care. He was personable and engaging and thorough in explaining the challenge I was experiencing. I felt confident in his diagnosis and was happy to not have a Dr lean towards unnecessary treatment or medications. Highly recommend!

Visit was short, simple, and effective . I am dealing with a trigger finger, after the numbness wore off, the pain has subsided. It still clicks, but pain and stiffness are gone.

Great group of doctors and office staff. I feel I'm in good hands with all those people. I suffered with knee pain for many years and once we found the right solution it feels like a brand new knee without surgery yet.

I have received good care from Dr Ortmann and his team. Samantha Barton is a great team member and they both listen to my concerns and help me set up goals to recovery.

Dr Ortmann is the best orthopedic

Very good Dr. Will listen to you and his pa. Is so much help! Thankful to be able to have them as my Dr!!

From pre to post elbow surgery Dr Ortmann was great to work with. His entire office and surgical team have been friendly and we always willing to walk me through things to make me feel comfortable.

Was having trouble with “trigger finger”. Saw Dr Ortmann and he did an injection. My finger is 100 percent better. Dr Ortmann is very professional and very nice.

Dr Ortmann has been my Doctor for 3 previous conditions.He is an awesome Dr and wouldn't go anywhere else.He also has done two surgeries on my mother.We love him.

Dr Ortmann is an excellent surgeon and has a wonderful staff. He performed Dupuytrens contracture release and carpal tunnel release on my right hand, and I received great care.

I recently had carpal tunnel surgery done by Dr. Ortmann at his office in Greensboro. In and out in 30 minutes! The surgery was successful in relieving the excruciating pain in my hand. Dr. Ortmann and his staff are exceptionally gifted professionals.

Patient care focused. Not rushed. Listening. Effective treatment.

Dr.Ortmann has been a God send for our family. We see him for any orthopedic needs and he is always attentive, thorough, patient and kind. We are so grateful for him and the care he provides for our family.

Dr. Ortmann is a fantastic orthopedic surgeon. I had a distal radius fracture, with open reduction. He answered all my questions and concerns, regarding surgery and OT. He is thorough and very detail oriented. Samantha Barton, PA, is a terrific team member. Always ready, to assist you, with any need, they make a great team.

Explained procedure(s) and answered any questions i had about fixing my thumb. The actual surgery was quick and the therapy has helped. Said that an injury of this type takes a while to heal completely. I just hope that I can recover as close to full functionality as possible. He is always professional, personable, and explains the discussion in a way that you understand the problem and possible solutions. He doesn’t pressure patient to do more than needed.

This was one of the most pleasant medical experiences I have ever had. I did not have to sit and wait. I was nervous but Dr. Ortmann and the nurses assisting him were so nice and caring. We had enjoyable conversation while the procedure occurred and it was done before I knew it!

Dr. Ortmann has been my hand surgeon for several years and is excellent at what he does. He has a great bedside manner and his personality and tone of voice is comforting.

I had a laceration that severed the digital nerve on my dominate hand. Dr. Ortmann was understand & compassionate. He did a great job repairing the nerve, making sure that I was comfortable during surgery because I was so nervous!

I can’t thank Samantha Barton and DR Ortmann enough for not only seeing me as quickly as they did but also giving me all my options and easing my anxiety about treatment! I already feel 110% than I did a few months ago and even just a few weeks after a few injections I was absolutely terrified of receiving, but it went smooth and I am very pleased with the results thus far, and won’t hesitate to come back for any further treatment!!! Had a very nice visit with the nurse and the PA. The PA explained everything in detail and I did not have to see Dr Ortmann. She was very professional and pleasant.

His bedside manner was rude and condescending.

This doctor ain’t do s**t and my hand still broke after weeks. He told me I shouldn’t need surgery or a cast but why my hand hurt when writing my name?
