Absolutely no care for patients. Only here to fill prescriptions. If you’re actually sick they make you wait indefinitely in your car until the dr can come out to see you. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told by the staff “if you don’t like it go to urgent care”. Dr finally came out AFTER finishing every other healthy patient for the day. Compassionate, dutiful, quality and competent care. The office staff are service oriented. It will be a loss to the medical community when Dr Fred retires. Arizona Community Physicians dumped my insurance with 90 days notice after open season due to behind the scenes disputes I would guess relate to MONEY. Its always profit driven not patient driven healthcare in the 21st century. Compassionate, dutiful, quality and competent care. The office staff are service oriented. Dr Fred is an amazing person who genuinely cares about his patients. I’m lucky to have found him!

Dr. Fred Mendoza listens. From his listening, he gleans understanding of the person with a disease. He integrates internal medicine knowledge with practical advice, treatments consistent with current practices, and the lives and goals of his patients. His bedside manner is that of a healing presence.

Dr Mendoza helped me reduce my medications and referred me to several specialist and physical therapy which eliminated my pain. He was supportive while i was dealing with the loss of my husband. He reviewed my lab work every 3 months for the last 3 years. I highly reccommend him as a primary care physician.

Love Dr.Fred BUT his ofc staff is either overloaded or just rude and unhelpful. Trying to call his office is futile. Left on hold for inordinate amounts of time.

Have seen Dr Mendoza several times over the past year. He is courteous and takes the time to explain things to you. The office staff is completely incompetent. Prescriptions incorrectly sent over to the pharmacy or not sent at all. Office phones busy all day. No responce to emails. Makes the entire experience not very good.

I called Dr Mendoza’s office 3 times one day and was left on hold each time with no one taking my call. Today I tried again and on my third call I just kept hanging on. After 20+ minutes I finally got help. The poor people answering the phones need more help! I worked 35 years managing offices all over the State of Washington and never allowed poor customer service such as this. Dr. Mendoza, please consider increasing your staff. Some people cannot stay on hold for these extended times. Thank you!

I was looking for a new GP because it's impossible to contact my current one. I called Dr Mendoza's office and hung up after being on hold for far too long. It's like jumping from the pan into the fire. It's plain to see why so many Americans are going to Mexico for medical care.

Dr Fred has been attentive, listens to my needs, orders needed tests, etc. He is caring, and spends the time necessary to address an issue. I recommend Dr Fred!

Dr. Mendoza is great but his office staff is horrible. It took me over a week to get his staff to phone a simple prescription to Walgreens. The staff is incompetent and the patient suffers.

As always, Dr Mendoza and his entire team of medical professionals treated me with a caring and interest that we all want and need from our medical team. Too often, this does not occur when we need medical advice and service. You will not be disappointed, if you can get a appointment with this remarkable medical and administrative team.

I WAS A PATIENT OF DR FRED MENDOZA FOR A LONG TIME. WHEN I CALL TO GET A DSR APPOINTMENT TO SEE HIM HE IS BOOKED OUT FOR MONTHS. NO APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE! TOLD TO GO TO URGENT CARE. I CANT AFFORD TOO. VERY RUDE AND INCOMPETANT OFFICE STAFF. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I GOT A NEW DR TODAY. VERY POOR CARE AND DOCTOR.

Dr. Mendoza is courteous and knowledgeable, listens in full to what I have to say. He makes sure that all my concerns are addressed and respects my decisions on the path my care will take.

Dr Mendoza's medical assistant is inept, rude and does not answer nor return phone calls, nor does she follow up on appointments or lab results requested of her by Dr. Mendoza. It is difficult to determine how Dr Mendoza is as a physician when he employs someone of this low ability . Example, call to get a refill on prescription, she gets back to you in maybe a week. A week later still no refill authorization at pharmacy. Pharmacy says they hear this all the time regarding his office.

My experience with the doctor has been good but the office staff and the practice management are awful. I have repeatedly been on hold for over 6 minutes at a time. No recording to even let me know I'm still on hol. I always feel as if I'm putting them out by calling.

Dr Mendoza is very thorough, however his office staff is often unprofessional, rude and not helpful, especially over the phone.

The office staff can be disorganized but Dr. Fred is careful, thorough and downright excellent.

Very dissatisfied. First office visit.My VT physician's office had sent records several months before app't, yet Dr said they had not arrived.Dr's demeanor very unwelcoming, more concerned with recording data on computer than interacting with patient (me).I am a retired social worker who has worked with many physicians over the years and never encountered one who seemed so disinterested in me as a person.My rating is solely based on a first impression and not on Dr Mendoza's medical competence.

my mother and I had a bad experience in his off she is 93 with severe RA Dr didn't come in to see her and no one called 911 when she was having trouble breathing in his off along with shaking, dehydrated and a BP of 180/101 which is never high and UTI that was never taken care of, Dr assumed it was gone. When the paramedics got there they couldn't believe that the Dr never saw her or called them! the staff didn't know what an adult brief is even though most of his pt are elderly
