So far my experience with doctor Kern has been awesome... But I do have a couple complaints. My two boys have been coming to this office pretty much since they were babies they are now ages 5 and 2. So far good experiences except..... They get croupe waaayy to much and I feel that they don't really show much concern now I know that you can't really treat croupe except with cool mist and fresh air which I have been doing on top of giving them delsym. My oldest kept me up from 9pm-6am coughing and coughing so hard he's throwing up saliva. This past year of 2016-2017 they have had croupe at least 20+ times and I have had enough....cause my biggest problem rite now is if they have known that they get croupe this much they should be sending them home with a steroid nebulizer the 2-3 visit in there office and they haven't!!! And also not to mention my oldest has environmental allergies which I found out one night when I took him to the hospital due to this croupe cough and the hospital told me that's what it was.time to step it up and not play old school or I'll be looking for a NEW doctor! Dr. Kern and all of the other BP providers go above and beyond to care for their patients. My kids have been going there for fifteen years. Doesn't get much better.

Whatever you do do not go to Bridgewater pediatics!! They are extremely rude and literally push you in and out the door and charge your insurance for every single little thing (example:vein puncture and shot administration)sticking a needle in the arm and charging almost $70 for it!!And then getting a bill for it because your insurance doesn't cover it. If you dont want a really high balance every time you call for an I suggest dont go here.And the lady in billing, Jen is so incredibly rude!

Dr. Kern is a great doctor, and run's an amazing practice. He always takes the time to say hello to everyone in the room including high fives for the kids and shaking your hand. He is direct, and concise while assessing the situation at hand. I trust him and his staff completely and consider them a value to my family.
