We went to four different orthodontists for consults before being referred to Dr Carpenter by my daughter's oral surgeon. My daughter's teeth have short roots and no one would touch her mouth for braces. Dr Carpenter said he would do it. Came up with a modified plan to work around the roots. This place is very lovely and the staff are very kinda and dependable, issues are easily fixed and solved.

Good luck with making appointments don’t expect great customer service!! No follow up to confirm my appointment and when I called the receptionist said I should have wrote down the date and time of my own appt. Originally, I was ensured an appointment reminder. Sounded sketchy, so I called a week prior to confirm my own appointment. The day of my appointment receptionist said they had the wrong number on file so they failed to send a text to confirm with me and cancel my appointment. (Why did they not updated my phone number when I called to confirm my own appointment)? She also remembered me, and said we usually don’t reschedule appointments for people who fail to show up on the first appt. as if it was my fault. She failed to do her job, Very frustrating to work with Hanna the receptionist, who’s not only rude but unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do her job. Dr. Carpenter hasn’t even been very aggressive or tough with my mouth. All the staff are very friendly and occasionally, you'll hear them crack a few jokes! Sometimes it gets hard to hold a straight face!

I've always had a great experience every time I go in. Dr. Carpenter has been doing this work for a long time and has helped many of my family members before me for several years. They work quickly and provide answers quickly. When you need extra items, they are willing to give them to you. I definitely recommend Dr. Carpenter.

What kind of place does not reschedule appointment for 1st time appointments. Never heard of this before nor dud they ever told me at the beginning when im setting this appointment. Disappointed of this place, I dont recommend this a friendly place at all.

The orthodontist are really gentle when they remove the wire and add a new one, thank you!!

We called Dr Carpenters office while visiting the Twin Cities. My daughter had a wire poking her and we were 3 hours from home. The office staff did not hesitate to help and told us to come on in. The staff were kind, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was no longer experiencing any pain. Thank you Oakdale Orthodonics for helping us out! Truly appreciated!

Went here for two years for my braces and how flexible they were with my schedule and how kind and gentle they were is heart warming! Would 10/10 recommend

My son took about 27 months to complete his braces experience. My daughter is on month 22. Dr Carpenter has a lot of experience. He has great photos of all previous patients. My kids' teeth look fantastic. Thank you Dr Carpenter and company! !

Dr. Carpenter is amazing. From the very first visit to his office, he made me feel at ease. Answering all of my questions without a rush, I was very pleased with the service. Having visited other orthodontists for consultations, I felt like he cared about the job and not about the business of getting another patient in the chair. I was self conscious with my smile for quite some time and am so happy now with the results from my braces! I love that they offered clear ceramic braces where you could hardly tell they were on my teeth and Invisalign as options. The staff is so friendly - so accommodating with appointments .
